Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Country house apartment in the beautiful Franconian Lake District

We rent out part of our house with plenty of open space in Franconian Lake District. There is room for a whole family or several friends. We live right next door and are available for all questions. A very good inn with beer garden is about 50 meters from us. Lake Große Brombachsee is about 10 km away with a beautiful sandy beach. Baggerweiher is about 2 km away. An important change: Dogs are no longer allowed, because of the sheep!

I had a fantastic time staying in this lovely house in the center of Dinkelsbühl. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the medieval town, close to restaurants, and main attractions. The house is beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the living room is perfect for relaxing. It combines historic charm with modern comforts. The host Anna was friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and where to eat. Check-in was smooth and easy. If you’re visiting Dinkelsbühl, this is the perfect place to stay. I would love to come back!

Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

Quite new vacation home, equipped with all the comforts. For us a great location for a few days to especially climb in the area. You can also walk there well. There is a garden, although we did not use it. You do look directly at the back neighbors. That didn't bother us. The house is very neat. Jasmin is very responsive and very friendly. We would love to come back!

We had a very nice time in Steinsfeld. The surrounding fields are great for walks with dogs. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Our children also felt very comfortable. Rothenburg takes about 10 minutes by car, which is definitely worth a trip. The wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim is also highly recommended for a family trip.

We were looking for a way to recharge and unwind on a weekend without children. For this, Claudia's cottage seemed made to us in the pictures - small, cozy, private, in nature and somehow quaint. Claudia contacted us directly and proved to be a friendly and interested host. She was always easily accessible and responded quickly to small detailed questions, so we always felt well looked after. We were able to find that the advertisement presented the house excellently. We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend, in and around the house there is really everything you could ask for. No high-gloss luxury, but real charm and a pleasant atmosphere. The spa floor with relaxation room and sauna leaves nothing to be desired, the terrace invites you to sunbathe and behind the house you can listen to the forest sounds and barbecue or make a fire. We'll be back for sure, two thumbs up🤗

We spent 5 days in the apartment of Michi and Simone. Right on arrival, we felt comfortable and welcome. Our daughters were very satisfied with the apartment, the garden, as well as the small farm nearby. From here we have made great excursions such as to Nuremberg, Fürth, Rothenburg ob der Tauber or to the Playmobil Park. Should we vacation in the area again, we will of course be happy to come back 😀

It was a quiet and nice house. The decor was great, and I was more than happy to provide welcome drinks and sweets. It was difficult because the door was locked, but thank you so much for coming so quickly. Very good value for the price. The host was friendly and communicative, and solved the small issues well.

We spent the weekend at the place with a large group of friends. The house accommodated everyone comfortably, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Markus was always quickly available for questions and very accommodating. The highlight was the outdoor area with sauna and hot tub and a spacious garden where you can relax in good weather. The Rothsee is within walking distance and the location of the accommodation in Allersberg is also great, with various restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Overall, a great weekend spent there and I recommend it!
