We loved the stay. The house was perfect, remodeled, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for cooking and very well located.

I stayed for the anniversary of my hand and we were surprised by the charm of the house! The super wide and comfortable room, the pool was a delight, barbecue note 10, clean house, well cared for, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms (which was wonderful, but not in the living room). Check-in was easy, Janine has given us all the instructions from the house before and was very useful. Outside the location at riviera that makes us feel very safe. The only points that would comment would be that the pool waterfall was not working, we did not find the blender cup and 1 table fan ends up being very little for the big room this summer to kill. But this in no way harmed our stay that was the last!! Highly recommend! We'll come back again.

Caio was an excellent host who welcomed us with great joy and high spirits, super helpful in providing support and helping us with all questions. The reception was surprising because there were some "spoils" waiting for us, something I did not see at any check-in that I have already made. The house is amazing with the spaces that met my needs. I will definitely stay again, the location is super privileged close to everything we need.

We go quite often to the Riviera and we are already in all kinds of houses, apartments and condominiums. Edson's place was the one that welcomed us the most. The condominium is very beautiful, with lots of greenery, very quiet (day and night), the pool is excellent and the house is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has everything you need to spend great days on the beach with family and friends. In addition, Edson is an exception host, very attentive and helpful in communications and combined. We will definitely return!

Well clean ,organized ,there's everything ,pool ,little river down there a delight to refresh,we made pizza in the wood-fired oven, floor barbecue, in short... it's all they read in all the comments . Only gratitude for this fds ,and we will definitely be back .

The air-conditioning was essential for the heat of Ubatuba, ensuring super pleasant nights. The utensils were impeccably clean and organized, making our experience much easier. The name ‘Villa de Capri’ and the address‘ Rua Machado de Assis, 795 ’were instrumental in locating the site, as we had some initial difficulties. Overall, the stay was perfect! great apartment to welcome the family and rest. super close to the beach, building staff are super friendly and the location of the stalls on the beach was great. i loved that it had blackout in the bedrooms, great for maintaining children's sleep routine.

I and my family loved our stay at Letícia and Felipe's apartment. They are excellent hosts, super helpful, polite and considerate. The apartment is super cozy and spacious, all rooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning in the bedrooms , comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen with utensils and new appliances. Exceeding our expectations and matching the photos of the listing. We'll be back for sure.

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. The apartment is wonderful, Renato is very helpful the only point is the air conditioning of the room is very hot, the air does not work if the others are on, like I was with a baby when he was sleeping in the room I and husband spent a LOT of heat in the room, Renato was helpful and included made available a technician visit but as they were a few days and due to the baby I did not request!

I recommend Arthur's apartment to everyone, it is exactly as in the description. Great location, is 100m from the beach, we went every day on foot, condominium where the AP is excellent, has great pools, among several other things the condominium offers of great use, such as ice machine spread across several points of the condominium. The beach itself is great, especially for those who go in the family, with children and the elderly tb. Riviera is very beautiful and has a very nice structure. In short, I will return at the next opportunity.
