Elder has always been very attentive and requested at all times. The apartment is excellent, has everything you need regarding household items, the rooms are great, everything is well clean and the condominium is great too. The site is very well located, has a supermarket nearby that caters perfectly, the beach is super close by.

I recommend staying, whether for short or long-term. Very well located apartment 1 block from the beach with restaurants, markets and pharmacies very close. Very well equipped apartment and was clean and sanitized.

The Host was extremely proactive and accessible, answering our doubts always with kindness and attention. The house was impeccable, everything clean and an otima structure, with a dishwasher (amamos), with washing and drying machine if necessary, spacious, comfortable place. The House has the greatest ventilation, it was our concern, because the house has no air conditioning, we do not miss, the rooms have ventilation.

Our stay was fantastic! The hostess was very attentive and helpful in every situation. As for the facilities it is remarkable its care in all the details: decorative objects, utensils, linens, etc., which have served us perfectly throughout our stay. The house accommodated everyone well, the central air conditioning saved our days making everything more comfortable for everyone. The swimming pool was a delight for everyone to enjoy a lot, especially the children. We would definitely stay there next time.

I loved my stay. All clean,organized, and not to mention the wonderful view. There is a market,restaurants,a pizzeria, everything is very close by and on foot. I highly recommend and plan to return as soon as possible.

The apartment is excellent, cozy, well decorated and comfortable and very well equipped. But the best was the way Ana Paula and Petronio received us and treated us throughout the stay. they were kind, efficient, helpful. Anyway the best experience possible and look at that we had a problem with an air conditioner that was solved very quickly and it is in these moments that you realize that you are dealing with serious and professional people. Spacious house, comfortable. Great location, safe, attentive building staff, very beautiful view. Maria responds super fast and is very helpful. Apartment smelled clean, no strong smells, no mold (which unfortunately happens a lot in beach houses).

Luciana's hosting, managed by Rossana, is perfect! Returning from the beach, there are vigorous showers, comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens, soft and smelling. Arriving at the pike, soak in the pool. Zero regret! The apartment is great! Clean, cozy, large, spacious. A charm! The gourmet balcony is perfect for a family barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. Highlight for the two refrigerators, the good washing machine and the variety of appliances. The condominium is safe, clean, with friendly staff. Third time in Ubatuba and it was the best location. Although the nearby beach is not good, there are fantastic walks from there, and it is worth walking on the promenade. Itaguá is a central neighborhood for travel to the southern and northern beaches, as well as having everything close (restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, markets,...), in addition to Tamar and the aquarium. And Rossana is a ninja in solving problems. Don't worry! My home in Ubatuba is this one!

Me and my kids very much liked the stay, Jairo was very accessible and helpful. The apartment is simple but offers the comfort we need. The location is very good, easy access to Juquehy beach and commerce.
