This was a great place to stay for our first trip to South Bend and Notre Dame. I felt exceptionally safe. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband and I. Once I got the hang of the key fob, entrance to the garage, elevator and room was easy.

Loved staying at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Hosts were great at communicating and very friendly! :) This location is perfect if you want to explore the dunes and beaches in the surrounding area.

I was visiting Indiana recently and luckily found this listing and I am so happy I did. Vik went above and beyond with recommendations around the location. He was very communicative and helpful when I had questions or was in need of anything which was very rare because everything from how to check in to parking needs - anything we could’ve thought of he had prepared in a synopsis upon check-in. The location was very tidy, clean and comfortable. The building was well secured and very quiet. I could not hear any outside noises and the space felt almost zen-like. Would definitely love to book again if able to in the future- I highly recommend.

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

Absolutely, than expected. Such a wonderfully quiet place right in the middle of town. Well appointed, and so clean. Secure building and grounds. What I love the most was how walkable it was to the many parks, the riverwalk, and local restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome unit beyond our expectations and David was an excellent host! Very close to the beach and all that new buffalo has to offer. David was always very responsive and proactive to all of our questions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay there again!

Place was nice and very clean, unfortunately we weren't there long enough to really enjoy. The amenities were nice and everything was as advertised.

Had an excellent stay. Everything was as described. Very quiet. Easy to get to the wineries, breweries, shopping. Would highly recommend this place. Would not hesitate booking again on our next trip to area.

We enjoyed how many bedrooms this house had. It slept a lot of people with decent privacy for everyone. We had 19 people, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty. The backyard and lookout are beautiful, and the beach is very close by! We also walked to the lighthouse one evening for a sunset.

This spot was really great had everything you needed at the house and the area is amazing

Beautiful home in a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The covered hot tub was our favorite but everyone found something to do like the pool table or gym area. It was the perfect place for our families ranging from age 9 to 19, and the adults. Would definitely book again!

Kadir’s place was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, etc. And the neighbors are very friendly. Kadir is also a super accommodating host!
