Place is exactly like on pictures, spacious and clean. Good for a family of 4, about 10 minutes away from city center. Lots of food around to choose from. place was very clean and impeccable. only downside is no air-conditioning but the fan and slightly open windows fix the problem.

Eduardo was a fantastic host. He was in touch from the moment we booked until shortly before we left. He made sure to make us aware of special activities during our stay. Made fantastic recommendations for restaurants and regional foods to try. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is in a colonia with lots of food vendors and abarrotes, plus the Nieves de Enero Neveria y Paleteria was just around the corner. Close enough to the Centro if you like walking, which we did.

The house is located in a very quiet place. My dogs were fine and always safe. The fact that the house is near the Peripheral Road makes it easy to get to downtown Morelia and other points near the capital. Andrés was always attentive and responds quickly to messages.

The house is beautiful, cozy, clean, has a nice patio, the bathrooms are clean. We had no problems with the location, it's close to downtown Morelia. The host was very kind, his specifications were clear, I highly recommend it

It's become my favorite place to stay when I visit Morelia. The hosts have always been attentive to messages and the accommodation is as advertised. 100% recommended.

This place was very beautiful. He had everything we needed and Rodrigo was very attentive.

A view of a wide, flat dock extending into a serene body of water. The horizon is framed by gently rolling hills and open sky. The concrete surface of the dock is bordered by a wooden edge, enhancing the natural surroundings.

Excellent attention and clean place, only the area is not very safety.

For long stays it is highly recommended, the space is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook, hot water, maybe improve the look of entertainment with some other antenna and later a washing machine, out of that 100% recommended
