This place is perfect! And so much more! The host is great! Very quickly responsive to queries even before booking until checkout. She is very accommodating. Very smooth check in and check out. I stayed in this place for 3 weeks and I instantly felt right at home. It had everything I needed. Comfortable large bed, huge tv with netflix etc, fridge with freezer, automatic washing machine with spin dry function, hangers & clothes rack for a week's worth of laundry, multipoint heater for shower and sink, broom & mop, microwave, iron & ironing board, etc. Bath essentials, laundry dtergent and dishwash soap also provided. Definitely equipped for long-term stay. The place is well-maintained and smells nice. The balcony gives a relaxing view of the mountain. Quiet place without noisy surrounding units. Will recommend this place! 2 thumbs up for the host! Thank you ma'am for a great stay!

The place is very neat and clean. my family had enjoy staying here.. The location was perfect nearby attractions and conveniences. they enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

Easy check in procedure and very flexible during situation

This is the second unit I rented from Se Uk. The first one was in a different location. Se Uk is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and usually answers message in a few minutes. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out times. This unit was on the 11th floor of La Grande. The unit was nice and spacious with a big (and I mean big) TV. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. It felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with plates and cooking utensils. There was plenty of towels. Water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen was good. It was quiet as I wanted to relax on this vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite laundry was a plus and cheap too. It allowed me clean clothes for the next city. There were sari-sari stores nearby so I can stock up on drinks and some food. There is a restaurant onsite but most restaurants are not within walking distance. You will need to take a trike or Grab. I highly recommended this place.

We had a great time staying at this place. It feels homey and peaceful. The host is friendly and super responsive. We had to request a late check out and Ma'am Jocelyn granted our request without any additional fee. We'll definitely stay here again.

Ann is a very conscientious host with constant information before departure, the room is in a similar condition to the photos and the amenities are in good condition. Next itinerary, will continue to look for Ann to assist with accommodation arrangements.

My family and I stayed overnight and the check in was fast and host waited for us to arrive. The location of the house is in a village and had a peaceful surrounding. The listed amenities are accurate. The downside is the comfort room where it was small and can be improved but nevertheless it was a decent one. I still rated it a 5 star because overall, the house was great for its price.

We spent last weekend at Tatiana’s place and had a fantastic experience. The house was cozy, spotless, peaceful, and had a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Tatiana was very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions, which made everything so easy. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to friends and family looking for a relaxing getaway.

As what I've said, plenty of areas inside the house are photo worthy. The house is very welcoming and very clean. You will definitely feel at home especially how complete the kitchen is for those who wanted to cook for thwir loved ones. What I like the most is the house is very secure even with noise. You may enjoy watching movies our soundtripping using sound system without worrying that the neighbors will get mad. Enjoyed our stay, and will definitely come back with my family and friends.

we enjoyed our stay in tatiana and jeffs house. very near airport and malls we enjoyed the spacious living room, very nice and clean we stayed for 4days / 3nights and enjoyed every moment of it. we also left our cooking pan and they told us they can ship them or we can get it back when we return from our trip. no bad experience at all🙂

Fantastic experience! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and gracious host. Highly recommend! One minor suggestion: adding an electric fan to the non-air-conditioned room would be a nice touch.

Place is clean and quiet. Good AC. Fast WiFi. Nice TV with Netflix, HBO etc. Host was very responsive. Very convenient to check in via lockbox! Definitely 💯 recommended!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!
