Vacation rentals with lake access in Metropolitan City of Venice

Martin was very friendly,reachable and understanding. The house is beautiful. We stayed there withy kids and parent in-law and enjoyed a lot. It was enough space for everybody. I will definitely recommend stay at Martinas

Sensational location right on the lagoon. The private island offers many possibilities (sports, beach, restaurants, horseback riding) and the nature reserve with its bird and wildlife right on the doorstep is fantastic. Be sure to take the bikes with you to explore the island and surroundings. The 3-story cottage has a small garden where you can enjoy the view and tranquility. The house is a little spartanly decorated. Luckily, the supermarket on the island sells the most important things of everyday life. (Attention: observe opening hours). We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

I really appreciated the ease of communication - especially since we had the unique situation that train strikes were announced for our departure day so we had to change our itinerary last minute. Vincenzo and Vania were kind, generous and helpful. We had a great relaxing holiday despite the outside circumstances.

The apartment is spacious from the square and has everything it needed. The location is central yet quiet. Handover and communication very good and uncomplicated. We would come back to stay.

exactly as described & completely matched the photos. everything was clean and had some nice touches like a couple of chocolates some tea/ coffee & more than just 1 towel. had plenty of storage too if you're staying a bit longer & want to put things away. it is a bit of a walk from both the bus & train station, however there are buses running into Venice proper around the corner so it's actually quite quick to get into Venice. there is a grocery store also a 5mns walk away, aswell as a few takeaway places, so had some good amenities around it. Jasmina was friendly, offered helpful information before asking for it, but also answered any questions I had about the area when I needed it. responded quickly and easily. I'd recommend a stay here, it's a nice flat with some good amenities around it, it's quiet, peaceful & still accessible to Venice proper & Jasmina was very nice to deal with.

It was a great stay in Italy. My family and I were completely thrilled. The accommodation was sufficiently large for the six of us, the air conditioning was well cooled. There are inexpensive shopping nearby.

Very good location that makes Venice discover her local life. Very good neighborhood atmosphere with liveliness, typical restaurants and bars. All amenities within walking distance. Quiet and spacious accommodation.

Marco was great host. Very nice and helpful. Apartment is so close to St. Mark's square which was amazing. There were 5 of us and it was plenty big and we had everything we needed:)

Apartment equipped with everything you need for a couple with a 3-year-old girl! Nice surprise to also find a microwave, very useful for us to heat the baby's milk. Great location, a stone's throw from the sea and the center, and great restaurants, this allows you to leave the car in the private parking lot and always walk around. Thank you to Loredana who assisted us with kindness and availability! If we return to Jesolo this apartment will be our first choice!

The apartment is ideal for family holidays and a very good starting point for cycling trips, beach walks and boat trips. A bike and canoe rental is located nearby. You can drive about 20 minutes to the vaporetto stations towards Venice and the neighboring islands. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, right on the lagoon of Venice. It has a nice layout, is modern and cozy. Benedetta had provided a nice welcome package with jams, cakes and toast. She was also very helpful when there was a strike. We would come back at any time.
