Modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment in a great spot with a fantastic view. The host is very kind and welcoming and we felt like home!

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very peculiar flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ask for. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best I've ever booked. This is such a place you never want to leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in 10 minutes in Grikvenica on the house beach where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and did a lot of explorations and it was beautiful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Come for the location, stay for the shower! I loved staying at this apartment so much I booked it again the very next week. It was a perfect place for me to work remotely from and visit Zagreb. It is private, well located and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Zagreb - strong wifi, hot shower with great water pressure, a washer for laundry and a comfortable bed and full kitchen. The hosts are responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend and will request to stay again when I return.

wonderful living room, spacious and refreshed accommodation with air conditioning and fan available. 2 terraces equipped with table and chairs, including a sea view with a tent and sun lounger. Ivo offered us coffee and cookies with fresh water bottle. Always available and very hospitable. Reserved parking in front. The Villa is a few minutes from the sea. We preferred to go around the island of krk , ideal location to reach equipped beaches 25 minutes away , max 45 minutes. Village shops and restaurants within walking distance. So a great vacation and great host. more than satisfied. thank you for a great stay.

We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

We had our stay in August 23 - this apartment is a little "diamond" and offers a sensational, panoramic view over Crikvenica from the balcony. It's a pity we we never met Ibrahim in person, but it was simply not necessary - he was very well-organised, provided all necessary information in advance with pictures and answered any question within minutes via the Airbnb app. Maybe one relevant point: we occupied the apartment with 6 persons and thus, came with 2 cars. There is only 1 parking space included into the apartment (which we knew before), but we didn't know the parking situation on the street is a littebit tricky and it took us some days to find a proper place for parking. All other points are perfect - the apartment is clean, well-equipped and all relevant stuff was there, including towels, kitchen instruments etc. Looking forward to visit this apartment again!
