Davina’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed at in a while. It was extremely organized and had everything it stated on the listing. We appreciate a quiet and peaceful place to come back to throughout a weekend of festivities. If we are ever in the area again we will absolutely look them up to stay here again.

Melissa went out of her with our super late booking by getting the home ready to go within a few hours. Super friendly and accommodating!!! The home is beautiful and spacious with a semi stocked pantry! I would recommend this place and Melissa to anyone thinking of visiting Sand Point and Schweitzer Ski Resort! Brian and Sarah went up and beyond hosting us. Brian even came and kept the driveway clean from snow the next day, even though we weren't there. Very kind and highly communicative hosts. The cottage is one of the best airbnbs we ever got to stay, and, the surrounding and its surrounding is like fairy wonderland. We will be revisiting again and again when we are near Rossland/Kootney. We highly recommend Brian/ Sarah place.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Excellent home. Great location, much bigger than it appeared in the photos, very comfortable. Worked great for our group of seven skiers. Highly recommend!

Four of us stayed at Leo’s place for a month, and it was perfect for remote work—great Starlink internet and all the amenities we needed. Leo was even kind enough to set up extra desks for us. The location is super convenient, just a 10–15 minute walk or a quick 2 minute drive to the ski shuttle, with easy access to town for groceries, restaurants, and the gym.. Highly recommend!
