We stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was nothing but amazing. Reinaldo was a wonderful host and left us a thoughtful note and welcome gift. The house is very comfortable to stay in and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house has a beautiful view of the lake and private and cozy backyard. Everything was so clean upon arrival which made settling in very easy. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend, would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend the stay!

Linda's house was perfect! The house is nestled into the hillside with beautiful properties surrounding it. The furniture was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking items you needed. The house is a quick walk to Mirror Lake to access everything Lake Placid has to offer.

This place is peaceful, beautiful, a gem. I loved hearing the water from the sundeck (porch with windows): looking and hearing the water, feeling so close was a balm and beauty. For those seeking rustic beauty, you cannot do better. The home is well set-up: cozy, stocked, inviting. The sky is full of stars, the tide comes in and out, the woods are just there. David's local recommendations were also outstanding, making us feel like visitors welcomed personally. We followed several of his suggestions at an easy pace: and so soaked in the quaint Brooklyn, WoodenBoatSchool, and gem-of-a-library. It was autumn with some rain, some cool, great beauty always. In other weather we might have done a campfire or bbq. Lovely seats outside. There were more places to sleep than we imagined there might be: it was just my teen son and I, so we didn't even go to the loft. This is a cozy cabin on the sea, with exceptional grounds and a good soul for host!

Goergeous place. A perfect location for our girl's weekend. The views were incredible and the setup was perfect for our low-key weekend.

Went for our 1 year anniversary and the house was absolutely beautiful. Stunning view of the lake, toasty fireplace that helped heat up the entire home and jacuzzi tub was very relaxing! Pool table with ping pong and darts downstairs in the basement was a PLUS. Barb was amazing and walked through everything in the house with us as well as had a binder filled with recommendations for restaurants, site seeing and more! We will definitely be back:)

We had a great stay at Wolf Pond. Between the scenery, the fire pit and the hot tub we couldn’t have asked for more!
