Had a wonderful weekend! Beautiful property and area, very welcoming hosts, and peaceful environment. The property was close enough to multiple nearby towns if needed but provided peaceful time in a farm area otherwise, which was very convenient for what I traveled to Georgia for. Only about 45 minutes from the airport, but will likely need a rental car. I had never been to Georgia before, but felt right at home. Osana and Sam are amazing hosts, it was a pleasure to get to know them over the weekend, I am so thankful for their hospitality!

This is by far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It’s very cozy, yet modern, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. Has everything you need if you wish to stay home and cook. Everything is so nice, well taken care of, and so very clean. It feels as if you are the first person to have ever stayed there. It’s quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. They are always quick and willing to respond. I give it a 10 out of 10. I recommend anyone traveling to the area should stay at this beautiful place.

Great, clean, quiet duplex. Appliances like brand new. Great back porch and small yard. Walkable and quiet small street. Comfortable furniture. Felt right at home. Well kept small stock of toiletries, towels, bedding, laundry detergent, and bottled water among other items. Overall a great experience. Easy checkin and checkout with clear instructions.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious, convenient, and clean. Loved the location. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Don’t hesitate on booking this property! Descriptions and pics do not do it justice not to mention, Leigh and Ryan have been first class! Beautiful, Peaceful and Very spacious is an understatement. An absolute home away from home with all the amenities. McIntosh Reserve Park is literally next door. This bonus has been a relaxing treat for evening bike rides while enjoying history, nature and wildlife along the river.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! Very nice house in a great location! Nice neighborhood playground 3 min drive away with beautiful lake view. Plenty of space for everyone.

We rented this place as a homebase for our nearby wedding and we couldn’t have been happier. It was a beautiful place and everything you see and use such as appliances were very high quality- you can tell the owner really cares about the place. It was very clean when we arrived and the AC was nice and cool on a warm day which was much appreciated. We had a great time and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely book again!

beautiful home love the pool my stay there was from storm Helene I was 9days without power they let me check in a day early. very kind lady, she & her husband was so kind the entire stay. I love the peaceful area and beautiful place every thing was just a short drive. I definitely will stay at this property again when in that area.
