Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Kathy’s home is the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room, a lot of amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic. We felt welcomed and right at home and I would book with Kathy anytime I visit the area in the future. The home is gorgeous and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Lexington.

We were celebrating a Batchelor weekend … the game room, pool and hot tub, and set up was perfect for what we wanted and did!

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

Our stay was extremely satisfying. The area itself was pleasant. Nice to walk in downtown Lebanon. Thank you so much for this adventure to be so successful.

Seth was professional and guest-focused in all communications. Seth proactively reached out as it let up to our stay to see if there is anything further we needed. The home was perfect. For our group to come and enjoy Kentucky. It is in a nice neighborhood and had plenty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy. Seth made the whole process easy by providing support via chat and pre-made links with instructions and frequently asked questions. Seth even sent us his personal recommended dining options in the area. 5-Stars all around.

Beautiful house and property. Close to Lexington, Keeneland Race Track, and beautiful surroundings. Stocked with all the things we needed for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Our host was so kind and responsive! 10/10!

Our family was in the area for a swim meet and we could not have asked for a better stay. The place was clean, we'll, stocked and very comfortable. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend it.

What an amazing place to stay! The scenery was breathtaking, the owners kind, and it was so peaceful. My 16 yr old got to pet horses and talk to cows, and my 5 yr old flew a kite and had plenty of space to run around. I definitely recommend staying here for any getaway and some fresh air!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We had the most relaxing, peaceful trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was so cold we didn’t get to enjoy the many outdoor features of the property however the cozy fireplace was exactly what we needed. The couch is so comfortable perfect for winter afternoon naps. The bath and shower were so nice. The adjustable bed was an excellent touch. And the majestic river almost close enough to jump in was so peaceful to watch. Thank you so much! We plan to come back in the spring.

We really enjoyed this cozy house. The train was fun to watch go by from the front room, although a little jarring at night. lol. It was clean and had everything we needed without being cluttered. I was hoping for a ghost 👻 but alas, no such luck. Kayla’s was a very attentive host and I enjoyed the chats we had.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Beds were VERY comfortable and bedding super soft. The giant walk-in shower in the big bedroom was the bomb with the oversized shower head. We really liked the screened-in porch (with a tv!) The property was private and quiet. We are older folks who didn’t attempt the very steep stairs to the water, but the view was great from the deck. We enjoyed antique shopping in Danville and Harrodsburg. Cattleman’s, Drakes and the Red Rooster were all good restaurants. An over all great stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Luxe. Carlos was great, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The area was beautiful and exactly as described. Kayla was amazing and responded quickly each time I messaged. The house is cute and clean, I would definitely use them again if I need a place to stay.

While this house is not particularly close to bourbon tastings, the size of the house and quiet neighborhood ensured we were well rested for the next day’s adventure. About 40 minutes from Lexington and 90 minutes from Louisville, we spent a lot of time driving between destinations. The house itself was well equipped for our party of six. Plenty of space for each person’s privacy and large common areas that allowed everyone to eat and drink together. We were unable to enjoy the water below due to recent flooding.

Had a wonderful girls weekend on the lake. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. I would recommend this place to anyone! Jessica was a great host!

This was my very first Airbnb experience! And we loved this place! It’s in the city, but once you step inside the gate you are transported to a peaceful and serene atmosphere! We felt right at home here and were a little sad to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again!! Tommy was a great host!!!

Lovely little cabin on beautiful private farm land but just 30 minutes to Keeneland/Lexington.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at The Blue Heron for a long weekend, hoping to get some golf in. Shelly was helpful prior to our arrival with grocery and dinner suggestions. We were able to find the place with no problems and had easy access to get in. Very quiet location. Did not see anyone the entire stay. The main house was the perfect size for 4 people. Living room/kitchen provided enough space for us all to be together. The deck would have be great space with the fire pit and outdoor seating. We just happened to come during a 4 day nonstop rain. Which did make for great sleeping. The boathouse provided space for the couple we came with. It had a queen bed, small sitting area bathroom and a great view. The main house had a great loft for the other bedroom. The bed and pillows were amazing. Although we did not get one round of golf in, we did find fun things to do in Lexington. It was very relaxing and we look forward to coming back when the weather is better/warmer.

everythi g there was awesome from the fire pit outback to the putting area to the Jacuzzis. had to figure out how to get on of them out of Eco mode, but after that everything was great.
