My stay at Phil's place was truly a highlight of my 2.5 years living in Costa Rica. The gardens are an absolute masterpiece. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with cosy seating areas and little stools where you can simply relax and soak in the tranquility. If you are a meditator this place is a dream come true! There are also multiple viewing platforms offering stunning views of the valley and the surrounding forest. The vast array of plants, fragrant blooms and the sound of birdsong create a truly magical atmosphere, especially in the morning sunshine. Phil was an exceptional host, welcoming to both myself and my dogs. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds, rolling on the lawns and visiting the river at the property's edge. The guest house itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The sun-drenched patio was a perfect spot to unwind. An idyllic tropical haven! I would definitely stay again.

Conventionally located to the airport and mall. made for a great spot to regroup back in town before heading home. Jarol was very responsive and very nice!

Ilonka place was great! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. My 2 favorite things in that place was the big wall mirror in the living room and the master bathroom. Also had a good local restaurants that wasn’t far to get to. I would definitely recommend and come and book this place again. Thank you again!

An amazing stay with access to TV platforms like Netflix, a cozy bed. Very clean apartment! However, note that the surroundings are noisy (horns, dog jigs), if you are light asleep, traffic jams are recommended. The host responds very quickly and is friendly. I would 100% recommend!

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

The house is beautiful, absolutely everything was too nice, my family and I were very happy. Jorge very attentive and accessible, don Santos (the person in charge of receiving us) is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. We recommend to go clear and admire those beautiful views.🌷

I rented this house to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a small group of friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful, very well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is peaceful, safe, and easy to access, which made arriving and leaving completely hassle-free. One of the best hosts ever! Private, peaceful, close to downtown, safe, cheap, etc...it's very difficult to ask for more! Definitively a recommended place to be close but, relaxed and to keep things in budget!

Nice apartment with a beautiful view of San José! Most convenient location. Many restaurants close by, 1 block away from supermarket & coffee shop. Beautiful swimming pool on the top 25th floor! Vivi was most cordial and simpatica and helpful. The only drawback was, even on the 13th floor, we could hear the traffic below. Luckily we had packed our earplugs and problem solved!

I stayed at Fabricios cabin for a couple of months. He was a good host and very accommodating and polite. The setting is peaceful.

The place is large and spacious with very nice views of the wind , just consider that to get there it must be strong cars since the slopes are very steep and the park is for small carts
