Beautiful condo in a great location. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the San Jose area.

This was our second time staying at Pablo's apartment, and it looks even better in real life than in the photos! we spent five weeks there while waiting for the birth of our baby and during the early postpartum period. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s located on the 30th floor and has a private balcony with a lovely green view. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dining table that was also a great spot to work on the computer. The only downside was that there wasn’t an oven. The shower was a lifesaver during labor, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms and living room also have blackout curtains-was especially great for our baby Close to Sabana Secret, we discovered an amazing Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Yummy, where we became regulars Pablo was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

It was exactly the place I needed for my stay. It was nice and private, even though you could hear neighbours in the halls and dogs barking in the park. It made it feel like a home (yes, I'm a city girl). Highly recommend.

We found it a nice experience, staying in an apartment building and on such a high floor, with a good view of the city center. Clean and with a lot of things to do, what was missing was time.

Very nice accommodation, its price one of the best compared to others in the same building, is a great plus that I have laundry for only Q.1,900.00 colones, as well as a dryer with the lavafacil app, a wonder, helped us a lot. The place is very nice. 100% recommended.

Safe and central place, suitable for the whole family

This was a lovely, quiet, clean, spacious place, with easy, straightforward check in. We appreciated hospitable touches for the children (i.e. comfortable crib, Paw Patrol cups). Enjoyed our stay.

A spectacular place, with a stream passing inside the property that gives an atmosphere of tranquility, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean rooms, as well as the kitchen, terrace and recreation area. Simply, fantastic.

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Loved our stay at Lauren's place. Cute little family cabin with an absolutely incredible view. Highly recommend a stay here if you want a quiet private spot up in the mountains.

This apartment is simply outstanding! The adferd bonus of an indoor garage is incredibly convenient. The value for money is unbeatable. The host and co-host have been fantastic—always available and quick to respond to any questions, often within seconds. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Jose, Costa Rica. We will definitely return to this wonderful apartment. A perfect 10/10 experience!

Carolina’s place was exactly as described and a great place to stay before our flight home the next day. Also, we so appreciated Carolina letting us check in early, and it was nice to have a kitchen in the evening as opposed to staying at a hotel near the airport. I would definitely reccomend!!

The place charms me a super safe area, easy to access and proximity to many places through Uber. The apto is as shown in the super comfortable super cute pictures. I would recommend it to a mil!
