Ding and Chan provide a wonderful home away from home where my family were able to rest and enjoy Batu Ferringhi and the local food in the area. Nasi Kandar Khaleel is a short walk away and is really very good as is the local food court. All in all a great home away from home.

Half an hour from the airport and a few meters from the beach, it is very convenient to shop and eat next to it.Single-family villa with private yard, parking, good privacy, 4 rooms, private bathroom.The hygiene is very clean and it can be seen that the host is well kept in normal times.Xiaobai is very welcoming, there are ingredients such as eggs in the refrigerator, because we have many people, there are many dolls, and there are no cars, the husband and wife also help us to bring things in the supermarket, super super enthusiastic and solved a lot of our problems.Going to Penang is definitely the best check in.

I had a nice stay here. Bryson, our host was very nice. Very responsive and helpful. Clear instructions was given for checking in. The place had a really nice view of the sea and yatchs. Location was perfect. There are restaurants and groceries downstairs, making it very convenient. There are also restaurants nearby just a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommended!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable.. the best swimmg pool.. big... kids love it... only security guard problems.. he's angry because of airbnb booking.. then tell him that's the owner's problem as for airbnb.. we only book.. everything else

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

The house was great and congruent with the listing pictures. We came as a group of 9 and were happy with the place for our weeklong stay. It was clean and comfortable. There was no self check-in but we got phone numbers to two people (morning and evening shift) who could come with the keys within a few minutes of the call. (so if you're not Malysian make sure you have a way to make the call or find an alternative via airbnb communication with Tony. He seems generally helpful and he clearly answered some questions I had before the booking.) We did not use a washing machine or kitchen. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay (our whole group was) and the cleaningness of the house as well as the air-condition and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

this place has such a good location. our unit faces the sea, so watching the sunset, and enjoying the breeze, is a very relaxing thing to do here. they also have their beach. some performances are done there as well. the staffs are friendly as well, so cun la. would repeat again later. thumbs up!

I had a fantastic stay in Penang! The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with direct access to the swimming pool. Shops were nearby, and it was just a 2-minute walk to the beach and Ferringhi Bay, where you’ll find great bars and restaurants. The host was friendly and very responsive, making the stay even better. I’ll definitely return again!

The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

very nice place. Just one small suggestion, for a house which can accomodate that many people the cooking utensils in kitchen is very inadequate. maybe host should look into it and arrange for more cooking utensils and also add inanother hotplate/stove.

We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .
