Great stay and communication. I would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to Chattanooga.

The location was great. It was far enough from Chattanooga that I felt like I was away from the city but close enough to downtown that allowed me to do everything I wanted. Easy access to the highway.

Had a great stay. plenty of restaurants places to eat and shop within 10 minutes and Chattanooga only about a 20 minute drive away. loved the hot tub

My mother and I stayed for 3 days during a rare snow storm. We loved sitting in the perfect hot tub with the most incredible view of the mountains during the day and stars in the evening. Rick was so kind and gave us great food and things to do suggestions. We even got a little stuck in the snow on the way out and he came with a chain to pull us out. I cannot recommend this place enough. The loft room was a DREAM to fall asleep in with views of the stars and mountains from the bed. I cannot wait to go back!

We had an amazing time! It was the perfect weekend getaway! The house was only a 10 minute drive from DeSoto Falls and the beautiful hikes in that area. The cottage was a cozy place to return to after our hikes. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

This little piece of serenity was absolutely wonderful! The house was immaculately clean, well stocked, & comfy. Close to the creek, we enjoyed a nice fire to the beautiful sound of running water. The hot tub was private & peaceful. The entire stay was fantastic! With a responsive host & great location, we definitely recommend!

Great property in convenient location. We had a large group and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent. We loved the fire pit and hot tub. Pillows and beds were quite comfy and kitchens well-furnished. We look forward to returning and highly recommend.

Cozy little cabin. Perfect location. Close to shops and restaurants in the area. Some within walking distance. Although it was not cold enough to build any fires, there were three options: Fireplace in living room, another in the screened in back porch and a fire pit. Loved the barn wood accents in the downstairs bedroom. Great floor plan/setup all the way around. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here over thanksgiving as a remote work spot while we climbed on days off. Was exactly what we needed for this trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Lynne’s property. House was perfect size for 2 couples. Everything was clean and neat, with a comfortable space for socializing. Easy to find, plenty of off street parking, lots of restaurants and shopping less than 10 minutes away.

If you’re looking for a place with a fenced back yard, this is perfect! We have small dogs, and at other AirBnB’s I’ve had to find and plug holes under the fence where the dogs could escape. Not here - the fence goes fully to the ground all the way around the perimeter, and we felt totally comfortable letting our girls out to enjoy the sunshine!

Amazing place to experience. Worth the stop to stay or even just visit the gardens passing through. I can't wait to come back in the sunmer or fall!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the Dugdale AirBnb, and as always it was great. We love the convenience to everything Chattanooga has to offer, and our dog loves the backyard! Comfortable space and beds.

This location is amazing! We chose to stare out the span of windows and watch the city below at night rather than watch TV…(that gorgeous of a view)…loved walking to the downtown area too….very convenient -easy short walk! Highly recommend….

While we only stayed one night, Debra’s cottage was perfect! Her attention to detail made us feel right at home! The screened in porch was purely and the view was beautiful!! Definitely recommend!

The stay blew our expectations out of the water! The view is breathtaking, hot tub is so relaxing, and the indoor pool is so spacious and fun! Sylvia was an incredible host. We came during a winter storm, and she was so helpful and communicative so we got there safely. We are already planning a trip back!

We enjoyed our stay at paradise point so much! The communication with Sylivia was great! She was always helpful and quick to respond. The evening after check-in we noticed a few things missing that we're needed. I reached out and Sylvia had sent over the items within the hour. Totally unexpected, but much appreciated! The house was perfect. My kids had the very best time playing outdoors on slide and rock climbing wall. The pool blew our minds. We could have spent all day at the pool. We could not have asked for a better stay, and we can not wait to visit again!!

Wonderful family stay! We have 2 littles and Sylvia’s place was the perfect mountain getaway for our family! The views were breathtaking and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, making s’mores in the firepit and relaxing in the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and was filled with cozy blankets and plenty of space for our family of 4. There’s also a very nice indoor pool that’s recently been renovated but didn’t seem to be heated yet. But we enjoyed everything else, and there’s even some goats and chickens on the property. Located about 40 min from Chattanooga, though we only went once for dinner. I’d highly recommend bringing plenty of food as there’s not much nearby but the kitchen has everything you need to cook family dinners and there’s a private charcoal grill, as well as firepit and wood is supplied.

Booked a last min trip to see snow for the weekend Laras place was very convenient nearby lots of great places to visit. Was clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant experience.
