Melody and James are the best hosts we've ever had! Little River/Mendocino area is beautiful but meeting Melody and James was the favorite part of our trip. They were very sweet and had great local recommendations and were extremely responsive and attentive to all of our needs! The house is right next to the beach and the Fern canyon. The bedroom and bathroom are in the attic area, which provides plenty of privacy and an amazing view from the deck! The room was very clean and we highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful loft and is just as described. I was able to sleep very well with the beautiful view of the trees and the ocean. The balcony is a perfect secluded spot to have your coffee and do some stargazing. You can also hear the ocean at night. The place is very well kept and John and Wendy were great hosts. Would stay again!
