This Cute as a Button Grade II listed cottage was named by The Guardian as one of the UK's top 50 holiday cottages. With its open fire, sunny courtyard, and vintage feel, this romance of this cottage will ensure your break on the stunning north Cornish coast will be a break to remember. Sleep like a baby in a luxury ViSpring bed with The White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen. Pop on the fluffy dressing gowns and relax as you chill in front of the open fire, or you could just pop to the quaint historic country pub a few yards down the road on your return from one of the many stunning beaches. One up 3 down boutique 300 year old cottage, a superb romantic bijoux retreat. Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Luxury Leather sofa and dining area for 2. Smart TV with Netflix The bedroom has double bed with top of the range "Vi Sprung" mattress, "The White Company" Egyptian cotton linen. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Feel free to contact us by phone or via AirBnb messaging if required during your stay Walk only a few steps to a historic pub with roaring fires and great beer. In nearby St Agnes, there's great food at Canteen Cornwall and The Tap House, plus good shops. Several beaches are within walking distance, and the coast path is also close. Lots of amazing walking routes locally. There is some local route maps in the lounge draw. minimum 3 night booking changeover days Friday and Monday please contact if other days required Walk only a few steps to a historic pub with roaring fires and great beer. In nearby St Agnes, there's great food at The Tap House, Canteen Cornwall, The Driftwood Spas, shops include a bakery, butchers, florist, greengrocers and newsagents. The South Coast Path is close by dipping down to various stunning beaches and dotted with engine houses as a reminder of times past. You really will be spoilt for choice. Coasteering, surfing, or even a flying lesson. Whitewalls is the perfect location!

Perfect cottage to celebrate Christmas, located close to Heligan and the Eden Project. Outstanding views, close to the harbour and shops and amenities. We were warm and comfortable and appreciated the nautical decor. There were no problems with parking. The friendly attendant was amenable and sociable! A great experience in every way!

October Cottage was absolutely delightful. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor were just perfect. It was a real home from home and it was perfect for our 1st Christmas away as a family. Cathryn had really pulled out all the stops to make our stay comfortable, even setting the table for our Christmas Dinner. The location was very peaceful. We visited the local pub just down the road on our last night and the staff and food were lovely.

Really smart cottage at the heart of Padstow. It was nice to have great walks on the doorstep, and a fantastic range of restaurants and bars. Middle Street is narrow, so loading and unloading is fun, but not a problem. The Links Road car park has a 7 day rate (around £27) and you can then come and go as you please - there is footpath down to the cottage, so very near. Great holiday!!

We had a lovely few days at Lane End. The cottage is cosy and well equipped and so peaceful. It’s so close to the beach and great coastal walks. Helen and Jon were great hosts and helped us out quickly with our EV charging issues. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in corner cottage , St Mawes. It is a beautiful place and the house is in an amazing position (although there is a big hill to climb to get to the property). The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the little garden was fabulous to sit in whilst the sun shone. The shower had limited hot water when it came to the third person but we found the hot water boost switch in the airing cupboard that sorted this.

Due to storm 'Bert' we weren't able to do what we had planned for the week-end but that meant we had more time for relaxing in this wonderful home. It was super clean, cosy and there were lots of extra personal touches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, I bought kitchen scales with me but didn't need them, everything had been considered. Georgina and David were very welcoming and friendly, on hand if you needed them but also 'left you to it' to enjoy your holiday. Great facilities for dogs too with the outside space. I feel we need to return again to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in drier weather. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nick's cottage is simply delightful, nestled in a wonderful woodland setting. It would be a fantastic place for children or dogs or both! The cottage has everything you could need, totally spotless, lovely bedding and towels. A lovely welcome basket of sweet treats and liquid treats! Nick was a great host. We would recommend Nick's place 100%.

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

The second you walk in, you feel like you’re in a home away from home. Carol and Rob’s hospitality was outstanding, and they welcomed us with such warmth. Honourable mention to their beautiful dog Max as well! The cottage was spotless, and filled with everything we could need, as well as a gorgeous welcome package including honey from their own bees. We very much enjoyed a chat with Rob, who brews his own beer and kindly shared a drink or two with us. We will be recommending the cottage to all our friends and family who come and visit this beautiful part of the world, and will definitely be back!
