Katrina was a lovely host, very friendly and gave loads of information about all the activities we could go and see around the area.The hot tub was a great addition and worth the additional cost.The place was amazing we wish we could have stayed longer and I would highly recommended anyone to stay here. We hope to come back soon!

The perfect cosy cottage to put your feet up after a long day at longleat. Watch your head if you’re tall my husband had a few bumps on the lights but gave our children a laugh each time. Great touches of toys to play with and the advent calendar went down a treat for children. Couldn’t fault our stay would love to come back. Thank you

My and my friends were looking for a place to relax for a weekend away from London, and our stay at Sandra's Cottage was truly wonderful. The place was lovely, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax, the weather was not that great but for sure we will be back another time. Sandra was an exceptional host, always available to offer helpful recommendations and ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location was also ideal, with easy access to a local pub and restaurant. I would highly recommend Sandra's Cottage to anyone looking for a cosy and welcoming place to stay in the area. Kings Cottage was a really lovely place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. The children loved the fact that there were Alpacas in the field next door. The cottage was warm and cosy and only a 15 minute drive away from Longleat Safari Park, which was the reason for our stay. The only hiccup we had was trying to find the cottage, but we soon got our bearings. Gemma was super helpful and informative and I would recommend Kings Cottage to anyone looking for a very quiet break away.

From initial queries through to booking and arrival, Andy was really helpful and friendly. The cottage is so cosy and unique, with a great location, peaceful surroundings, walking distance to the Druids Arms (great food) and Stone Circles. A really great find: attention to detail, homely feel, quality beds and pillows and linen: very comfortable. 7 of us stayed and cooked together and there was great kitchen facilities and plenty of room for us to eat together in the dining room and relax by the wood burner in the living room. Before we even arrived my sister and I knew we would love Stanleys cottage, and bot just from the pictures. Stanleys communication was kind and helpful and he was quick to respond. Stanleys directions and details of the house were in-depth and spot on. We just loved the homely feel of his home. It is obviously a place that he loves to retreat to and display the hundreds of books he has, and all the lovingly collected, unusual things from his travels. As a keen traveller and retired Travel Consultant it was bliss for me. The kitchen had everything and more that we needed. It is spacious and again homely and welcoming. We found the information folders full of things to see and do, if only we had more time! Thank you so much Stanley for sharing your lovely home.
