Great apartment in a great location. Right near a tram stop and easy access to Southern cross station. The apartment had everything we needed. Check in and check out was so easy. And Jeremy always replied quickly. And we were able to have early check in too. Have no complaints at all.

This place was absolutely perfect, made even better by a host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went out of their way to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Wonderful place and probably one of the best locations in Melbourne. Was lovely to be greeted by Sonia and the place was spotless. Tried to extend my stay even longer but unfortunately somebody had already booked but will definitely be back again!

The owner is very responsive not only in texting but actions too and easy to communicate with. The place is nice for a family of 4 pax. Despite only one room, the owner is not putting the sofa bed but an actual bed which is a plus point. Location is convenience and just one city garden away from the busy Melborune city center. Will stay again when back to Melborune

Have stayed at Tamar's place three times now and alway enjoy my time there. Right in the heart of the city, above the bustle of Flinders station and Fed Square with a fantastic little balcony looking across the Yarra. Tamar is a friendly and considerate host. If you don't mind being amid the noise and energy of Melbourne the convenience to walk around or catch public transport is hard to beat.

I highly recommend this apartment! The views from the higher floors are the best reason to stay here. The room has a comfortable atmosphere and is very clean, plus the location is convenient.

Leanne’s place is gorgeous! Spacious enough and clean. The location was great. Close to a good restaurants, main streets, public transportation, etc. We love Oaks. restaurant downstairs had a great menu and service, which was super helpful. She let us check in as soon as possible, about hour or two prior check-in time. In a future this will be our preferred place to stay in Melbourne. Thank you for hosting us!

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment in Melbourne. Its location is great, as it is walkable to many attractive spots and within the free tram zone. The host is proactive and always responds on time. I highly recommend it.

Had another great stay at North Melbourne. Jane is very easy to communicate with about check in and I'm sure she would be very responsive if you needed anything throughout your stay. An absolute highlight of this apartment is the location... a neighbourhood full of character, just minutes away from a great variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs and an easy tram ride into the CBD.

We had a great time staying at Minka - the attention in design to small and thoughtful details was wonderful, the location was perfect for what we needed, and it was a cosy and comfortable place to unwind in after our events. Kelvis is a very friendly host who is extremely responsive to messaging, and we would absolutely stay again in the future!

Lovely apartment in a lovely building, nice and clean. Great location for food and getting around. Can get quite warm from the sun on the windows but air con and two fans provided helps. Would have happily stayed longer if we could 🙂

Evelyn’s home was definitely the most lovely bnb I have stayed at in Melbourne, as I am from Sydney. She was extremely accomodating with detailed instructions and extensive information about the bnb and neighbourhood all prepared in a PDF. Evelyn was also very responsive and made us feel assured and comfortable with ours needs. Amazing stay, definitely recommend if you are staying in the CBD!

Excellent location with parking included. The listing did look like the pictures. We used the amenities and it was easy enough. As other guests have said initial arrival is challenging if you've never been to a big city where keys are left elsewhere, but it honestly wasn't bad looking back on it. This is a great value for the money and definitely recommend this place.

The location is excellent and very central and walkable to best restaurants around the apartment. The host was very friendly and thoughtful to offer late checkout if have a late flight to catch but we had to go to the airport the morning. That was a good gesture. The amenities in bathrooms were excellent there were shampoo, conditioner , face wash and even dry shampoo. We had a lovely stay at the apartment and highly recommended. Highly recommended.

Great location just outside the city, next to Albert lake. Close to the tram. Very well equipped and nicely decorated apartment and very responsive and flexible hosts

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

If you're looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Melbourne, look no further. The apartment was spotles and comfortable with plenty of charm, just like the building itself. We enjoyed discovering its history and enjoyed the special setting. All amenities (both in the apartment and the building) were listed in advance, so we could prepare for our stay accordingly. We also loved how accessible the location was and within walking distance of so many fantastic spots and shops, alongside the tramline itself. Kate is the best host anyone could wish for, as she was very attentive from the minute our booking was confirmed. She always responded to our messages promptly and provided us with plenty of useful information and recommendations, in addition to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Couldn't recommend Kate and her charming apartment more!

Anges condo was beautiful! She was always very responsive and quick to answer our questions. It was easy access to the train station to get to our daily tours. The River view was stunningly beautiful. We loved our stay at Ange’s condo.

Peter & Kiki were amazing, welcoming & very responsive communication. Peter met us personally & guided us to parking the car & to the Apartment. Apartment was amazing, we felt right at home taking in the beautiful views of Yarra river & beyond Definitely returning as Peter & Kiki were very helpful & welcoming
