This is my third Airbnb stay with Helen, and once again, everything was excellent. Each apartment has been clean, just as pictured, and easy to access. Helen communicates well and was quick to assist with questions—whether it was about luggage storage, using the aircon, or other small details that helped make my stay smooth and productive. The apartment is conveniently close to the main shopping centre, though there are fewer food and convenience options nearby compared to other areas with GS25 stores or street vendors. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely book with Helen again.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. I had an absolutely magical time at Thuan's place and can't recommend it enough!! The home is tucked away in a peaceful and gorgeous corner of the Mekong Delta, with fruit and flower-filled nature all around. Thuan made every effort to ensure I was never bored but also had space and taught me tons about the local community. He took me on a bike ride through the countryside to observe the harvesting of coconuts, the way it is processed, the local temple and more. He took me to a local seamstress who made beautiful clothes thanks to his translations. And he took us on a multi-stopped boat tour through the delta, going from peaceful little waterways, down the main river, with dinner in a delicious restaurant on the waterfront. I also spent a lot of time with Thuan's American sister and her teen. They are so wonderful, so warm, welcoming, joyful and fun. And their love for and knowledge of Ben Tre is evident in everything they share. I feel very lucky to have stayed here. Highly recommend!

Thao’s apartment was just as described and as shown in the picture. The surrounding area has lots of playgrounds, restaurants and there is a new mall at about 15 minutes walk. The grand park was under renovation but once finished it will look amazing. Thao is very accommodating and responsive. The only problematic issues I would mention, is that it is quite far from the city centre as others have stated, but we knew this already and that the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once a day and/or night. This can be annoying and if there is actually a fire, people would probably ignore it at first. However these issues are not Thao’s fault and she was a great host. I can 100% recommend her place to anyone looking for a few days in HCMC.

The room had no view, and the flowers and plants outside the balcony had been removed. It was facing another hall, so sometimes people could look inside. However, the room was clean, well-prepared with towels, soap, and charged snacks and beverages if desired. Overall, it was worth the price.
