Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

Communication with Joyce was straightforward and friendly. On site, we found everything exactly as indicated in the description. The huge property is especially inviting for family vacations. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. Especially with the number of rooms, it is practical to have sufficient parking spaces. We found these too. We had a great time at Villa Issum and can recommend the place in good conscience.

We had a very nice weekend at Thomas's house. It was exactly as he had described on Airbnb's site. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house was very cozily furnished, also nice with a fireplace in it. It has a nice sauna and swimming pool. The bedrooms had wonderful beds. Everything was very neat and well taken care of. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. You could always reach him if you had any questions. Very nice. Thank you Thomas for a pleasant stay in Schwalmtal. We had a wonderful weekend with the family!

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

We spent one night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the house super clean is a real luxury! Everything was great, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding, a 10/10. I'll go back if I stay in Germany again. Thank you! There may be a small armchair missing on the ground floor to put us all together 😄 See you soon!

A very nice bright double room in the attic of a stylish villa in the middle of Mettmann, yet very quiet. Separate kitchen, lovingly furnished with everything and a spacious bathroom with shower. As with our last visit, everything was great again and we felt very comfortable again. We will be happy to come back.

very nice host, the place was stylishly old-school, very homely. Bathroom was a bit small, (sorry I splashed some water around the sink) but all clean. the bathroom was shared between 2 rooms only and the other one was empty, so I had nice little private corner. internet was fast and stable. Comfortable bed. thank you, really enjoyed the stay!

Due to a blockage in the kitchen i got a room at the top floor. The room was spacious and there was a desk area. a coffee machine was in the room. The place itself is a nice characteristic villa. Shared bathroom was clean. Shared kitchen is well equipped (except for a microwave). Sharing on the top floor is with max two others. The people living there are very friendly and helpful. Price was competitive. Very close to the train station. When in this area again I will return. Recommended

A beautiful, tasteful and modern furnished apartment in the heart of Orsoy. The entire house is very lovingly and homely designed and furnished. A "home feeling" arises right away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortably furnished. There's nothing missing. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and integrate excellently into the house, which comes in Art Nouveau style. The polished wooden floorboard and some furnishings that could be "grandma" make the stay cozy and authentic. Our clear breakfast recommendation is Café Ella around the corner. We felt very comfortable and even though the price is certainly in the upper segment, we would come back.

I stayed here with a large group for a new years meet. Communication with the host was proactive and positive. He was very welcoming and we had no issues over our stay. The location is good if you have a car or dont plan to go to the city. Thank you to our host, you were really chill with us and we appreciate it.

Our stay at Annette's place was great, everything as described. A lovely room with a large shower in an extraordinarily beautiful villa surrounded by a huge beautiful garden, a great terrain for walking right across the street. By car a short way to Venlo. However, we would like to highlight the great breakfast with the friendly and interesting company of the hosts and of course the beautiful large pool. Thank you!!

We had a lovely long weekend with our family of 9 people with adult children plus dog in the beautiful, special house of Annette and Oscar. We were given a tour of the house and the huge garden upon arrival. We felt right at home! Oscar and Annette were always in a pleasant way in the background for questions. We cycled, hiked and looked at Arce's gardens. In short, highly recommended!
