Amazing place exactly as in the pictures. The staff is really caring and very helpful. We only stayed for two days but would have wanted to stay there for so much that it felt good! Small negative: the location outside the center but quiet neighborhood and 10 min by car from the medina! Thank you!

Tranquil riad in heart of medina

We had a lovely (short) stay in Marrakech, in the Riad of Kévin. A few misadventures with a luggage carrier but the Riad staff took us out of business The room was very clean and as described. We were with our 1-year-old daughter, a child's bed was available, we could warm up her dishes and take her in the shower without difficulty (be careful medina not convenient with a stroller) The staff was lovely We'll be happy to go back!

A private patio area features four loungers arranged beside a heated pool. Lush green plants surround the space, while elegant arched doorways and intricate lanterns add a touch of Moroccan architecture. Natural light fills the area, creating a serene atmosphere.

Highly recommend, fantastic Riad if you visit Marrakesh. Our host was extremely kind and respectful. Always responsive to requests. Even arranged a taxi and took us to find it as well. Overall great customer service!

This riad is the PERFECT place to stay when you visit Marrakech, a real homely and traditional hidden gem: - down a quiet side street but near the hustle and bustle of the souks - an amazing breakfast of fresh bread, olives, freshly squeezed orange juice and home made jams (and much more!) - the most friendly and helpful staff, - and last but not least a beautiful building and bedrooms, with an amazing roof terrace to soak up the sun and enjoy the Atlas Mountains in the distance. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Marrakech!

A very nice place, good accomplishment to our Marrakech experience. The design of a place is pretty and authentic, everything is clean and like on photos. We especially liked the hospitality of our hosts Rachid and Muhammad. However do keep in mind that the terrace apartment is both a plus and a minus. On one hand you walk out and see the sky and can rest on sofas. On the other hand a terrace is quite popular among other guests, who sometimes hang out there till late night and you hear them very well.

An inviting indoor pool is set against warm, textured walls, with a spiral staircase leading to an upper level. Simple wooden chairs are positioned nearby, alongside a comfortable seating area. Natural light gently floods the space, reflecting off the water's surface.

I fell in love with this riad. It was so beautiful on the inside, and had amazing amenities such as a swimming pool (which was amazing for a hot day in Marrakech!). Location was also on point. It was close to some tourist attractions such as the secret garden, madrassa, souk and restaurants all around. The host was also attentive and proactive, he gave us lots of helpful advice and tips for traveling in Marrakech, and assisted in finding a transport to the airport.

A rooftop pool is visible, surrounded by elegant stonework, with stairs leading into the water. Potted plants create a serene atmosphere against the backdrop of a panoramic view of Marrakech's skyline under a gentle sky.

A friend and I had a great 1 night stay at Vincent's beautiful riad. It was tucked into the medina and was a quiet and peaceful respite from the busy streets. The hosts were very helpful in coordinating our arrival as we were coming from a 10 hour drive from the desert and met us outside to walk us into the riad from the busy medina streets. The whole riad is impeccably designed and an absolutely beautiful place to stay. We wish we could've stayed longer than 1 night!

Perfect place to stay in during your trip to Marrakesh! It’s the perfect hide away after the bustling streets right in the medina. Spotlessly clean, friendly and attentive staff, really good breakfast (absolutely recommended for a smooth start in the day!) and an overall great stay. Was the best Riad we stayed in marocco!

The rooftop terrace features a small swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, with potted plants and palms enhancing the greenery. Traditional Moroccan architecture is visible, including decorative towers and a canopy. The skyline reveals distant mountains and a cityscape under a blue sky.

I'd recommend it without a second thought. We had a great time at Yann's place, in a beautiful Riad, very quiet and close to the center (everything is doable on foot). As described, the breakfasts were hearty and thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely stay again. One of the best Riad I've done in Marrakech

This Riad was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great. I will say the location was about a 20-30 min walk to the Medina. If you are a female traveling solo, I would definitely book a place closer. Parts of this walk did feel unsafe or uncomfortable as men would holler at you. A bit tricky to find when coming back at night as gps didn’t always work well. But overall the actual Riad was amazing and so were the hosts!

Everyone at Monriad was so kind and great to communicate with. They were very accommodating for a couple special requests I had which made my trip to Marrakech all the more enjoyable and hassle free. The location is just off, what I would say, is a main corridor to feel safe but still secluded enough for peace an quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square which was only within a few minutes walking distance. Would absolutely return to and recommend Monriad to anyone who is planning visit.

Certainly one of the boojier riads around. However it most certainly makes up for the slightly higher price. Ayoub was our host and bless this man as he was very helpful and quite responsive. We came to the riad super tired from a desert tour and he was most accommodating. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast as well! You wont be sorry to book this riad.

Tarik's Riad is beautiful and really peaceful place in the middle of busy Medina. Walk to Riad is short, once you find it :) It is in a peaceful alley just near the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. We really enjoyed our stay there. The inner courtyard was lovely to have your breakfast or coffee. Bed was comfortable to sleep it and the room was beautiful. Tarik was helpful and had good recommendations for everything we asked. We really loved our time in Tarik's Riad and Marrakesh.

A spacious sleeping area features warm, earthy tones with patterned bedding on the bed. Decorative lamps and framed artwork enhance the ambiance. Natural light is provided by the window, complemented by vibrant drapes. A seating area adds comfort, with a small table and floral arrangements.

I was pleasantly surprised by the property which offers both campsites and rooms of different style. Very close to Marrakech while being easily accessible and out of the city with beautiful vegetation. The welcome itself was very good with very friendly, professional and understanding people. Riad Hadda is an oasis of peace in bustling Marrakech. The Riad is really beautiful, everything very well-kept and very clean. Abundant breakfast. We were greeted by Ayoub and Abdel and they were really kind hosts, attentive and always very helpful. Riad Hadda is about a fifteen-minute walk from El Fna Square, and is in a very quiet area of the city. Overall, the stay at Riad Hadda was perfect and if we were to return to Marrakech we would definitely stay again at Riad Hadda. Highly recommended.

Great stay! There were 13 of us. A great team, thank you to Mouhcine, Zara, Naima, Gigi and Meriam. We were able to enjoy the hammam and duo massage (thank you Gigi for your smile). Thanks to Booba for its delicious Tanjia and grill. And what an atmosphere🎶. We slept well, ate well and enjoyed it! We were a 10min walk to Jamaa El-Fna square. An unforgettable stay ❤️

A truly amazing experience. Ouafa and her staff regularly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing week. We couldn’t imagine staying anyplace else on our next visit to Marrakech. We felt so welcomed and taken care of every day, and highly recommend the riad. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property is as described and super located to explore the medina of Marrakech on foot. Azedine was the perfect host. He immediately helped with questions and gave us recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Highlight for us was the roof terrace with wonderful sunset in the evening. We would definitely come back!!!

This listing is truly perfect! The riad is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures if not better. The room was very clean and had an air conditioner and private balcony. There was a great pool to cool off in and a beautiful rooftop that gave beach club feels. The roof had an outdoor shower, a couple of cabanas as well as lounge chairs. They offered a large breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed juice. The staff were all extremely friendly especially the host who checked me in, Esme! They gave me a map of Marrakesh and the host showed me all of her favorite places to eat, great excursions and the must visit places in Marrakesh. All in all it is a great riad and I definitely recommend it!
