I was pleasantly surprised by the property which offers both campsites and rooms of different style. Very close to Marrakech while being easily accessible and out of the city with beautiful vegetation. The welcome itself was very good with very friendly, professional and understanding people. Riad Hadda is an oasis of peace in bustling Marrakech. The Riad is really beautiful, everything very well-kept and very clean. Abundant breakfast. We were greeted by Ayoub and Abdel and they were really kind hosts, attentive and always very helpful. Riad Hadda is about a fifteen-minute walk from El Fna Square, and is in a very quiet area of the city. Overall, the stay at Riad Hadda was perfect and if we were to return to Marrakech we would definitely stay again at Riad Hadda. Highly recommended.

The owner and host were superb. Especially given with details of places to visit. Perfect location to walk to all areas within Marrakech. Beautiful riad. Breakfast was simple, homemade, and a great start to the day. homemade bread, pancakes, cake, OJ, coffee in a beautiful setting. Sunbathing on roof terrace was lovely.

Great place to stay. The staff were very accommodating and the free breakfast as a delicious mix of hot and cold foods.

Great stay! There were 13 of us. A great team, thank you to Mouhcine, Zara, Naima, Gigi and Meriam. We were able to enjoy the hammam and duo massage (thank you Gigi for your smile). Thanks to Booba for its delicious Tanjia and grill. And what an atmosphere🎶. We slept well, ate well and enjoyed it! We were a 10min walk to Jamaa El-Fna square. An unforgettable stay ❤️

A truly amazing experience. Ouafa and her staff regularly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing week. We couldn’t imagine staying anyplace else on our next visit to Marrakech. We felt so welcomed and taken care of every day, and highly recommend the riad. Can’t wait to visit again!

The property is as described and super located to explore the medina of Marrakech on foot. Azedine was the perfect host. He immediately helped with questions and gave us recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Highlight for us was the roof terrace with wonderful sunset in the evening. We would definitely come back!!!

Rooms and hotel as pictured, cozy and perfect for walking. About 5 minutes walk away is the large square jemaa el-Fna, impeccable and friendly Host, offers various activities within the city and has no problem helping a customer during their stay. <3

This listing is truly perfect! The riad is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures if not better. The room was very clean and had an air conditioner and private balcony. There was a great pool to cool off in and a beautiful rooftop that gave beach club feels. The roof had an outdoor shower, a couple of cabanas as well as lounge chairs. They offered a large breakfast every morning with fresh squeezed juice. The staff were all extremely friendly especially the host who checked me in, Esme! They gave me a map of Marrakesh and the host showed me all of her favorite places to eat, great excursions and the must visit places in Marrakesh. All in all it is a great riad and I definitely recommend it!

The riad is in a great central location which really immerses you in the culture and lifestyle of Marrakesh. Because of the location I didn’t need to get a taxi at any point and only ever walked a maximum of 40 mins to all the attractions I visited. Despite its central location, the riad is a relaxing and quiet place to unwind in the evenings. The breakfast provided is superb and the rooftop terrace is beautiful.

You enter the gate of Khalid's resort, and you feel like you can breathe again! The first thing you hear is the song of the birds in the olive trees... The smell of the orange trees is wonderful...and then you see the swimming pool...and nothing can spoil your day anymore! Thank you to Khalid and Driss for the warm welcome!

Me and my family had a really lovely stay in this riad! The hosts are super friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault a single thing :) The food here was very nice also!

Julia’s home provided exactly the holiday we needed. They were an excellent hosts, very kind and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Food was incredible, room was great - we were kindly given an upgrade! We would definitely recommend this place for the fantastic views, second to none service and the care they put into every guest. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

This Riad was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great. I will say the location was about a 20-30 min walk to the Medina. If you are a female traveling solo, I would definitely book a place closer. Parts of this walk did feel unsafe or uncomfortable as men would holler at you. A bit tricky to find when coming back at night as gps didn’t always work well. But overall the actual Riad was amazing and so were the hosts!

Typical accommodation, very nice decoration, barely set back from the lively street of the khasba, enough to be quiet. Well placed to explore the medina. Excellent communication with Jérôme and especially Jamal, kind and efficient. Thanks to him and his wife for the delicious meal upon arrival.
