Nice and cozy home. We loved it! The house decor of Hocus Pocus was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again if we return for future trips.

I absolutely loved staying here! Emanuel's place was clean, so beautiful, and had all the perfect amenities and accommodations for a comfortable stay. His communication was excellent. I was here for a work trip and wanted to stay longer. When I return for future trips in Boston, I hope to stay here again. The only thing to note about this airbnb is it requires 2 flights of stairs that are pretty steep... anyone w/ handicaps, difficulty walking, or bringing large suitcases should reconsider.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

It was a great stay in a nice apartement next to the ocean and Nantasket beach.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

Full of amenities, good coffee and a washing machine with lots of space and comfy beds. On the flip side, bathroom was dated and a bit noisy in the morning with traffic and blinds that didn’t block out morning sun. Would definitely stay again if in Boston. Thx

Lovely apartment - well-appointed, spacious, warm and comfortable. The area is great, and the street is quiet. Internet service is fast. Would happily stay at again.

It was simple and lovely. Good communication. If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs neighbors may or may not be an issue. I was woken up a couple of times due to heavy walking up and down the stairs and the footsteps above are very audible in the apartment below. But other than that, perfect for our visit of families in the area.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Domenic's gorgeous apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures and was so beautiful. Not only was it immaculate and uncluttered, it had everything we needed and so conveniently located to Boston. We enjoyed our fun outings during the day, but also loved coming back to the apartment with take-out for some movie watching. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay here again.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

Great house, lots of room, an en suite bathroom in the primary make this property a great location for families and multiple guests. We had four adults and two toddlers and this comfortable house with a great kitchen and roomy den with vaulted ceilings made it very comfortable. I recommend Peter and this charming home very highly.

We had an excellent Christmas stay at Ami’s place. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of room. We were visiting relatives in Milford for Christmas so the location was particularly convenient. Very walkable also to the downtown area and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the historic character of the house, with beautiful hardwood floors and other original details. Excellent, well stocked kitchen which we used because of holiday cooking. Everything matched the description of the listing. Ami was an extremely responsive host, also, which is very important to me. All in all an extremely positive experience and we will likely be back as we have close relatives in Milford and that area is centrally located in the area west of Boston.

This was my second stay for my family and I at Barry's place. It was exactly as we remembered. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds, couches, the SOFEST blankets. My daughter loved the blankets so much. She wants one from her room. The space and location were both ideal for our stay. The updated home was simply but well decorated with thought to small details. Three out of four bedrooms have private bathrooms which helped with preparation times. Because there aren’t televisions in each bedroom, it forced the “kids” to spend time in the main room with everyone else which was exactly what was needed on this trip. Thanks for hosting us!

Staying at Amanda’s home in Swampscott was such an awesome experience. After I booked, she reached out to introduce herself. When I mentioned that my family loves spooky things, she recommended Salem and shared a list of local activities we could enjoy. She even went above and beyond by leaving a box of hot chocolate for my kids, which they absolutely loved. When I couldn’t find the ironing board, Amanda quickly apologized and had a new one delivered the same day. The house was cozy and had such a relaxed vibe—it was perfect for our family. Amanda’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail made everything so easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend her and her home enough, and I’d love to stay there again!

Virginia was an excellent host, and so accommodating! She did everything she could to get us in earlier to the Airbnb after our red-eye flight. So responsive and kind, couldn’t recommend her place more!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

Leslie’s place was the perfect spot for our week in Boston. There’s plenty of room inside and the location is in a great spot for coffee, food, bars, and the metro. Leslie was available and very responsive when we had a question. This was my first Air Bnb experience and it was easy to feel right at home in Leslie’s place. I will definitely be booking again when I return to Boston. :)

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay would love to come back in the summer.
