Jim and Aida are very kind and welcoming hosts. The apparment has everything you need and is very conveniently located, especially when you need to be at MGH. Will certainly return when back in Boston.

What a beautiful apartment with really friendly staff and neighbors :) We really enjoyed ourselves— and the train is SO close! There is a very cute Italian bakery down the street, too. Just keep in mind that there is NO “leftover” accoutrements that one sometimes finds in an Airbnb. So, you will need to buy any groceries (creamer!) you may want while staying at One Beachmont!

The airbnb was in a perfect location, would recommend as a place for a work trip or just to enjoy the city while on the trip

We can recommend Ruben's accommodation when visiting Boston. We particularly appreciated being able to cook and Ruben's responsiveness to any questions or problems.

Craig’s place was conveniently located in walking distance to local shops and public transportation. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay over the Christmas holiday and stay for a week. The kitchen was well suited for gathering and cooking and the bedrooms and furnishings were comfortable and bright. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who loves being just outside a major city and have access to the numerous downtowns of the area- Belmont, Watertown, Harvard Square.

Kwaku is great host. very responsive and helpful. the unit was perfect for two couples. spacious and clean. bedrooms and bathrooms at each extreme gave each privacy. kitchen is well stocked, lots of storage for clothes and personal stuff. only two small negative items would be no black out curtains for bedrooms and mattresses are quite hard with plastic covering which made noise when moving. parking was a bit confusing and still unsure if we parked in proper spot but seemed very secure and clean. location is absolutely perfect. streets are very clean and very safe. walking distance to lots of shopping, great restaurants and more importantly to Orange Line with only 3 stops to get to TD Garden was perfect.

We had a wonderful visit, from start to finish! Michael’s place was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made some precious Thanksgiving memories this past week. Beautiful property- great location making it super convenient to get around Boston and the home is so well equipped with everything we might ever need. And of course it was sparkling clean which we greatly appreciate. Thanks so much for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Mont is a terrific host! He immediately made us feel very welcome by providing a lot of information about the house and other instructions. He made sure to greet us, and gave us wonderful local recommendations that ended up being our favourites during the stay! Cannot recommend him enough!

Jason was an amazing host! Very proactive and communicative. The location of the studio was also great. It's located in a very lively neighborhood with many great things to do and very easy access to the T. The studio itself is great with access to many amenities! Would definitely stay again!

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place close to train station with plenty of room to stretch out on the super comfortable furniture! Would definitely stay again.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this home! Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked, making it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home. The hosts went above and beyond, quickly reaching out to ensure our stay was seamless. The attention to detail in the space was remarkable, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Can’t wait to return!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

Kate's condo was quiet, clean, and in the center of everything for a convenient stay in Cambridge. It was a comfortable and welcoming lodging for my large party, and the many bathrooms added to the sense of privacy. We loved its very modern kitchen and airy sense of space! I particularly appreciated Kate's (and her agent Liz's) responsiveness to my questions and a few sudden changes in arrangements. Thank you :) !! While I have plenty of praise for this townhouse, it isn't well-suited for people with accessibility issues: there are a lot of stairs to the 2nd floor. Also: the parking situation is quite tight, the bathrooms didn't have any soap, and the kitchen could use some regular sized cereal bowls and glasses. But these are small quibbles about an otherwise excellent rental. I would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Mark’s house for Thanksgiving. My sister lives close by and we had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely beautiful. We will be back.
