Family-friendly vacation rentals in Medellín

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Stayed at a few of Allen’s places. Always a great experience. This one was particularly beautiful. Amazing view. Always responsive. Building Security the best. Hot water reliable, Enoch is always iffy in Colombia. My new go to for return trips.

Great place to stay, very nice, clean and pleasant. Very central

A great deal! Good place for month long stay or so. Kitchen is basic but serviceable for meals. AC is great to have in Jan/feb when Medellin is super hot. Jorge is a great host who even helped put a small desk in the apartment so I could work from home. Fridge, microwave, wifi, hot water, all work well. Only slight negative is the noise. The windows are sound proof and generally it is quiet, at least at night when trying to go to bed. But it can get a bit noisy with trucks passing by in the early morning. I managed to solve this with a small fan for white noise. For value, it’s hard to beat this deal in Medellin. Would probably stay again.

Had an incredible time staying at Susana place. It was safe, clean luxurious and super comfortable. I will definitely stay at her place next time I come back to Medellín. I highly recommend her….

Dave was very responsive with any all concerns. Dave's staff and security were extremely helpful and extremely friendly so much that we left them tips. There isn't a washer or dryer in the unit that we rented but there David has a laundry service that actually worked out better. We had a couple of free loads/lauudry drop offs and they return it to your unit. No reason to waste doing laundry when they do it for you. That was a huge PLUS. Thank you David. We'll be returning shortly. Thank you again

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

Amazing loft in the best building in Medellin!

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

The apartment was was perfect conditions, super clean and comfortable, you can see the whole city from the window.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

This was probably the BEST place I’ve stayed while traveling! Located in walking distance from Provenza and other great Medellín night life! We walked comfortably to most of our destinations throughout the trip! The whole experience was unique, we enjoyed the private terrace every night! So many windows and beautiful views making it the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway! The hot water was a little tricky at some points but Andrés was super responsive and helped guide us on how to use it. We wouldn’t even mark this as an issue, that’s how BEAUTIFUL this whole experience was! I feel like we got an authentic experience, something a hotel just can’t offer! Can’t wait to be back!

Everything was as offered, the area is easily accessible and close to tourist spots in the city.

wonderful studio. all very clean, organized and pleasant. quiet, safe and very well located place. stove, microwave, refrigerator, fan, all great. the very comfortable bed and bath linens. ana (host) was very kind.

The beautiful view, all central, quiet area... the very cozy apartment, for visitors is very good and how important it is equipped with everything you need.

I felt very safe, I had natural music in the morning with the birds in the window. The place is quiet and Doña Marta is a sweetheart, she made me cry when we said goodbye, very responsible and she gets acquainted quickly. I would come back without hesitation. Thank you, Mr. Marta.
