the place is very warm and cozy. it is close to everything but feels quiet and private. Very relaxing. Hosts were very responsive and super easy to communicate with.

I spent 3 months living and remote working in this apartment, and I absolutely loved it! It was filled with high end finishes and had virtually everything I could possibly need. The internet was very strong and the one and only time it went out, Hailey immediately connected me with the internet company to get it sorted out. Speaking of Hailey, she is one of the BEST hosts I've had in 3.5 years of air bnb living. She is super responsive to any questions/texts, helped me out with some mail issues, accommodated my change in dates, and was generally as friendly/helpful as a host can be. As an avid hiker/outdoor enthusiast, this location was PERFECT. The valley is truly gorgeous with 360 mountain views, and so many great hiking trails within about 30 minutes. It's also easily walkable to the breweries/pubs in town, has a great small town vibe, and was generally very quiet/peaceful. I'm already thinking about coming back next summer, and highly recommend this apartment!

My son and I spent the week at Jeff’s home and were glad we made the decision to because we loved our stay and Jeff was very accommodating and friendly. His home was the perfect location for the places we wanted to tour while there. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great place to stay when visiting Anchorage. Peaceful, clean, and well stocked!

We arrived late at night, but awoke to amazing views. Mountains all around! One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in, even by Alaska standards. And the apartment was very clean and cozy. We were very happy to have so much space in the kitchen, considering the size of the apartment. And the host was sooo nice! Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Had a wonderful time ! She was very accommodating and responsive whenever I would contact her ! The house was lovely and had beautiful views!

Our family of four stayed at Shuree's place for seven weeks upon moving to Alaska and waiting for our new home to be ready. This above garage apartment is attached to her home but has a separate entrance and is quiet. Shuree was friendly, gracious, and accommodating. We very much appreciated staying at her place, the fact that she allowed us to store our camper at her other property, and loved that she gifted us an assortment of moose meat to try.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a place we could all stay at, since we had family coming in from out of town. The townhouse is lovely and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Place is centrally located for the popular tourist areas around. Can go south to Girdwood (Turnagain Arm, Portage), east to Sutton-Alpine (Matanuska), north to Talkeetna (flightseeing) and west to Susitna (dog mushing) House was spacious and comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Being very close to Carr's is also helpful. There is a large semi-private lawn area in front of the home which is good for outdoor family time. Anthony was very responsive to all our messages both before and during our stay. We requested him for some additional home supplies which he provided immediately. He also shoveled the stairs on our request. Overall, it is a very good place to have as a base for family sightseeing around Anchorage.

It was just what we needed, great stay, amenities and a beautiful property. Eric was a great host. 10/10 would stay again!

Our family loved staying at this cute house! It was comfortable and a perfect respite during our Thanksgiving vacation. We especially appreciated the heated garage during the winter…. It made a huge difference! This home has everything and we’d definitely stay there again!

The house was incredibly cozy and easy to find, and it was stocked up with all amenities listed on the website. Al was very helpful when there was an issue with an appliance -- the problem was fixed as promptly as possible, with other short-term solutions available while I waited. The bed was comfortable and the linens were a nice texture, the towels were large and fluffy, and the showerhead had great water pressure. The fireplace was very warm, and the living room had large windows to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. It's also a safe little neighborhood to walk around in. All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay at Al and Camden's place!
