Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great neighborhood!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Extraordinary studio guest space! Modern amenities, room was finished in 2017. Located in walking distance to shopping and Autzen stadium. Private entrance to private second floor space above garage of owner’s home, no shared walls once upstairs. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, toaster and small fridge. One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.

Trey’s Place

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate two bedroom suite on a lower level. The queen bedroom and a second room with a sofa bed both have large windows providing great natural light. A newly remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
