Cute place that was cozy and welcoming

My fiance and I recently stayed in the garden apartment for a long weekend. The location of the apartment is phenomenal! Our dog joined us for our stay and we loved walking down through the harbor every morning and going to eat at local restaurants like Pearl. A few things to note, the driveway is very tight, be mindful of parking if you drive a large vehicle. Lastly, the apartment was in need of a good clean- the floors had a coating of dirt, the couch, dining table and chairs were dirty. However, the linens, towels and other amenities were clean, and readily available. We enjoyed our stay and would return next season.

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

We stayed here with young kiddos and everything was close enough for them to walk no problem. Erin was great with communication and had fantastic local recommendations. For those who are skeptical because the owners live above- don't be. We didn't see or hear them during our stay. We were unable to use the backyard during our time there, but it looked lovely and spacious. Parking was on street but even during the busy weekend we parked directly in front of the house. We had packed a hair dryer because of a previous review we read, but they have one now. Erin left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and the new packaged sponge for the kitchen is always appreciated! You can tell they have pride in their property and want you to have an enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

This was an all around 5 star stay. It was comfortable upon arrival; spacious, extremely clean and so well appointed. Monica’s detailed instructions and check in were so perfect and very welcome after a long ride. It was very easy to walk to the market and a nice breakfast spot. I already look forward to making another trip and staying with Monica it was that fabulous.

Had a great stay! Host was very welcoming and responsive. Waking distance to the beach and walking/biking close to downtown. Plenty to explore!

Jennifer and Sandi's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The house is exactly as advertised - cozy, comfy, and clean. The gas fireplace was a perfect touch for the cool fall evening. The location is great! A short drive into Harwich Port where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a wonderful market (Cape Roots is a very cool spot for coffee, sandwiches, and groceries). Overall, this places is fantastic and I would recommend it 100%. We hope to be back next fall (if not sooner)!

Great house for a group. We fit 8 and had an awesome time. The back deck and lawn area are very nice and the kitchen/living room area comfortable. Close to Hyannis and beaches. Recommend!

Wonderful stay! Such a cute place close to amenities. Had everything we needed for our girls weekend.

Our family of 5 adults and 5 “children”, aging from 10 to 22 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spacious home was perfect for us all to enjoy each other and to have a place where we could be alone to spend quiet time as well. The short walk to town with all the shops was a plus and the neighborhood was very picturesque. Great backyard where we all played football! Kitchen and dining also great with all the amenities needed to prepare our dinners. Very relaxing atmosphere and highly Recommend!

Vasilio’s house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very spacious for 4 adults. He was a very thoughtful and responsive host We had a great stay to attend a local wedding.

This was our second stay at Turtle Crossing and it was just perfect—-spotlessly clean and comfortable home with amazing views, and so incredibly peaceful. The back deck was a great place to enjoy the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee, and in the evening, to watch the millions of stars come out. Highly recommend this house!

Eric’s place was excellent in every way. We travel to the Cape every summer from Ireland and the accommodation provided this year by Eric for our two week stay was superb in every way. We travelled as a family of parents with adult married children and our stay couldn’t have been better. Lots of places to visit, local beaches for early morning runs, local dining and activities. We know the Yarmouth area well but Eric provided lots of updated suggestions of where to go and restaurants we could visit. The accommodation is new, fresh, and very clean. These are all the things we expect and Eric certainly delivered in every way. The outdoor space was just perfect for lazy days sitting in the sun and evening get together with our family. We all loved it. Well done and thank you Eric.! We will definitely be returning. Best wishes for the rest of the summer season. Siobhan

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

Peaceful and solace comes to mind..... Chris was extremely helpful and quite responsive to my questions. The views were incredible and the Airbnb was impeccably clean. My boys enjoyed themselves and asked if we could make this an annual trip.....

Paul’s place was beautiful and in a great location! Mile walk into Chatham for good food and shopping. Very close walk to beach to see fabulous sunrises and setting suns! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Chris's condo was spotless and the furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and it was easy to find everything we needed. We very much appreciated the large screen tv and access to Netflix. I highly recommend this property.

Kathryn's apartment was super cute and exactly where you want to stay in Chatham. I was there visiting family and friends and it was a central location to everything. It is close enough to Main Street in Chatham and if it wasn't December I would have gone to the beach, because that too was close! Kathryn had very clear instructions on how to check in and out. The apartment was a great little get away. I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Restaurant suggestions were great. Location was perfect for us easy walk to town and restaurants. Convinent to major roads to explore other areas of Cape Cod.
