Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mayagüez

We absolutely loved this home and plan to come back. It was perfect for our family. We loved hanging out by the pool or walking down to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. We easily found everything we needed to cook meals for the family. The entire Puerto Rican Island lost power while we were there, but we did not even notice at first because the home has a generator that kicked on automatically when the power went out Thank you for hosting us.

This was my family’s 2nd stay. The first time we weren’t able to enjoy the beach given other commitments. This time we went to the local beach. It was quite and in walking distance. The local spot, Pizzeria Estella, was also a lot of fun. The host are excellent and very quick to respond and attend to their guests.

We loved Mango Mountain. Very peaceful & quiet. The location was perfect, it was so convenient to be right by 115 & 413. Pool was great + all the other outdoor space. Loved the view & free eggs (by request) in the morning.

Spent a wonderful long weekend at Bello Amanecer! We were provided the exact location prior to check-in and had no issues locating it with Google Maps. We loved watching tv on the patio at night in the hammocks, and our dog loved the fenced in area which he was able to lounge in the sun and play ball. The rainfall shower was a nice surprise and we spent as much time as possible outside enjoying the peace and quiet. Can’t wait to return!

We had such a great week at Villa Boquilla! The porch, the beach and everything else were amazing. GREAT location! Papo was so helpful and quick to meet us and got us coconuts on our first night! This is a hidden gem in! We are already planning our trip for next year!

Reno and his Mom (Luli?) were A+ hosts. The bed was super comfy, kitchen was well-equipped with a full refrigerator + freezer, blender, toaster, hot plate, and some cooking condiments. Bathroom had nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, and after-sun gel. When the electricity went out island-wide on NYE, Reno wrote immediately to explain what was going on and that he was monitoring the situation. While the house didn’t have a generator, I found the fridge and freezer were able to hold their temperature until electricity was restored. Unit 0 is on the ground floor and stayed cool. He provided a flashlight for the Unit, and I also brought a headlamp which was super helpful. All in all, this was a great stay and I hope to be back someday soon!

The place was in a very beautiful and calm area, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Rincon the views are breathtaking. Everything was clean and the person who checked us in was very kind and waited for us. It’s not easy to walk around the area because the hills are steep, so you do need transportation. A little outdated, but overall we really appreciated being hosted here and we had a great time! We would come back :)

Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

The house is so comfortable and beautiful that we had an incredible family time. If we come back, we will definitely try to book with you again.

My husband and I have stayed at The View three times now and it never disappoints! Beautiful and peaceful property with incredible views! We love it here. Excellent communication from the host all along the way!

The stay was PERFECT, a house that takes you to know how it was lived in the 40s where you lived quietly doors and open windows, sleeping with fans , no heater , my children lived that experience to the fullest . Super chula pool and amazing place, we cook wood🪵, super recommended already we want to return . 🏔️ 🎄

Travis and Asia’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Kids are 27, 29, 31 and had 2 days of surf lessons that were fantastic with Daniel. If we had more time - we would have added days. We loved the easy walk to the beach. And the Big Kahuna restaurant Kali Burger the best!! The place is amazing and everyone who works there; friendly, helpful and welcoming. Alex was the first person we met and cannot say enough nice things about her. Highlights of our stay; surfing for the kids and we all loved body surfing at the beach. Restaurants including Big Kahuna burgers and live music, Jack’s Shack, Tamboo, Red Flamboyan. Thursday night Art Festival, The caves, waterfall, horseback riding with Tropical Trailrides. We even played tennis at the public courts - pickle ball courts are very popular - not 5 star courts but a blast meeting and playing with locals. Again - the friendliness of the Rincon area is the best. Additionally always felt very safe. We will return! Thank you Casa Verde!

My husband and I stayed and Casa Dalila and absolutely loved it. It’s a beautiful and unique space and property. Pretty peaceful and we loved the farm animals next door. Very convenient location, 10 min drive or less and you’re at one of the many Rincon beaches.

Beautiful view! Awesome plunge pool. Walkable to the Beach House or the Lazy Parrot for food, 2 minute drive to Sandy Beach and awesome food and drinks at Tamboo. I will definitely stay there again soon. It felt very homey!

Casa Amanda is everything it says it is! We have zero complaints. Comfortable beds, nice cold air conditioning, pool was perfect, pool table was so much fun! The games & the amenities alone are amazing. I’d love to stay again!

Second time we stay here and will be coming back. Great spot!

The place was worth every penny… the host was super accommodating and responsive… the place was in a great location with in walking distance to the red flamboyant, kahuna bar and grill, a corner store and a coffee shop… the beach is right out of the front door… will definitely return on my next trip

This was perhaps one of our favorite Airbnb stays during our trip to Puerto Rico! There are many beautiful beaches nearby (El Combate was great!) and plenty to do and see! The only thing that came up during our stay was that our water was shut off upon our arrival, but when I contacted the host he reached out almost immediately to explain how to turn on the water for the property. Other than that, the airbnb was incredibly clean and it was so nice to have a cool space to hang out, enjoy the swimming pool and billards. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody staying in the Cabo Rojo area.

The most amazing ocean views! Loved the outside porch areas and shower. Very well stocked with everything you need. Helpful host. The bottom steps are missing to go down to the water but you can get to a sweet little beach with super calm waters at the end of the road. We would stay again.

Everything was just like the photos. Will plan another trip in the same place.

Absolutely stunning space. We had a lot of couples on our trip and it was so nice to have our own spaces. The pool was wonderful to have especially at the end of some long days. It’s a gorgeous area with lots of amazing restaurants. Hosts were super responsive especially when we had a little screw up on our part. They were very understanding and helpful during that situation. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
