A beautiful villa, with access to the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The decor is splendid. A true haven of peace. We loved the living room and very comfortable private pool after a day of hiking. The terrace is beautiful. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. A sheltered location to park the car. Villa under supervision. Access to the large infinity pool next door is also a plus. There is no kayak as shown on the listing page. A supply of drinking water is available. I would recommend this Villa. We spent a fabulous week there. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was absolutely perfect, with plenty of space, modern amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the private swimming pool – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the private access made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf without the crowds. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were always quick to answer any questions and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, this property is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! Would definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

Sophie was very attentive, the accommodation was equipped with all the necessities including spices hygiene products...she even offered to find us fresh fish from local fishermen... excellent value for money, proximity to the beach with magnificent sunset. Recommended place to stay

Han an amazing stay here! We stayed 4 nights and could EASILY have stayed another 4 nights. The stand out feature was that you are between 4-8 steps to the sea (depending on the tide) and the beach is one of the prettiest on the island. It is also well positioned for the beautiful sunsets as you chill out with a refreshing drink on the veranda or in the plunge pool. The perfect set up to unwind and relax! Mégane was great as a host - super responsive and friendly. The place is as good as it looks in the pictures and was it clean and tidy on arrival. Beds were comfortable. The second bedroom was in its own separate building in the garden which meant it was perfect for privacy. Great if you go with friends or couples. Some simple but tasty restaurants within 5-10 mins walk along a semi main road. There is also a small basic supermarket nearby. However, a car is still recommended. I would definitely stay again. Both are really super hosts: Due to flight delay we arrived at 03:30 a.m. and they were there for check-in. Communication was excellent: Very fast answers to all of our questions and recommendations for restaurants and trips. House, linen, pool, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Nice garden and wonderful pool accordingly to the pictures. Full equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Super large fridge. We very strongly recommend this location and the hosts.

Nathalie is a great host, she gave us tips for sightseeing and helped us get a rental car for a good price. Also she gave us some local food on our arrival. She always responded quickly when we had questions. We had a very good experience.

She was always available, checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The villa itself was perfect for a family getaway – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. Great experience, the host is very good, the exact location was sent to us in advance, the room is clean and tidy, everything is fully furnished, especially suitable for family trips, there is a dock in the back, we can go directly charter to see dolphins and whales, we are very fortunate to meet such an attentive host

We had a great stay at Christophe's place, he was extremely available and put us in touch with his on-site contacts to make us benefit from a discovery of Mauritius outside the ultra tourist paths. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos, it is quiet and at the same time close to everything, including the beach and large accesses. It's intimate and very well maintained. Our next stay in Mauritius will be without hesitation in Christophe's villa.

This is a fantastic place. Everything we hoped it would be. The gates to the grounds have security. It’s very private, secure and peaceful. The place is better than the photos. Management is first class, we hade Fiona looking after us, which made the stay very relaxing, knowing support if needed is on hand. Fatima came in 3 x week to make sure the place was clean and tidy, which resembled hotel service. This is a very well run place to ensure your holiday goes the way you want it. The location is brilliant with access to Grand Baie for restaurants and beautiful scenery as well as Choisy Beach which is our favourite beach. Plenty of supermarkets around to get essentials and food, as well as shopping malls. We can’t rate this place enough.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. You were allowed to use the kajaks for free. The beach is also provided with an umbrella, chairs, and bath towels. Unfortunately, there were only 2 towels for our family of four. The house is small but nice, in the kitchen you will find everything you need. The beds and sofa bed were tidy. The taking off and landing planes of the nearby airport were clearly heard. Luckily, there are only a few flights at night. The beach in front of the house is a dream and the water crystal clear. So clear we didn't see the sea anywhere in Mauritius.

We had a wonderful stay at Ravin’s place! From the start, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and kept in touch both before and during our trip, making sure everything was smooth. Despite our late check-in, Ravin was there to personally hand over the keys and give us a house tour, which we really appreciated. Our stay at Villa Teresa in Roches Noires was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and our host, Balthazar, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The airport transfer was seamless—our driver, Darmen, was punctual and easy to find with a sign displaying our name. We also used his services to explore the island, and he was always professional and reliable. The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The WiFi worked great, especially in the living room and on the terrace, which was perfect for video calls. The EU-standard electric sockets made it convenient for charging our devices without adapters. One of the highlights was the amazing service provided by Asmita, the housekeeper. She took great care of the house and also prepared delicious local dishes for us every day. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor! We arranged for her to cook breakfast and dinner daily, and it was the perfect way

Our family group of 6 adults and 5 children had a great time. Catherine was extremely helpful with transfer suggestions, a cook for meals in the villa and her help with extending our stay after our airline delayed our homeward flight by a day. Our grandson fell over and gashed his head badly and she told us where to go to get stitches and even rang the clinic to make sure they would be able to do this as it was after hours.
