Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

Scott’s place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean view and the fireplace. This was our third trip to his place. He and his staff were communicative and friendly as always. Plymouth downtown has some nice restaurants and cafes as well. Thank you Scott. See you next time.

Had a great family vacation for my sisters wedding. House was perfect for our toddlers with kids room in basement. Stunning home and amenities, the perfect Cape Cod vacation home!

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

We stayed at Che‘s place for a brief overnight during a work trip, and found it very comfortable and hospitable. It was very conveniently located, well stocked and appointed, and a great value. The three season porch and the back deck were both highlights! I would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

We are a group of women who get together for a weekend of food, wine, friendship and laughter in a safe and peaceful location. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Ciara’s home. The kitchen is perfect for our meal preparations, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. We usually see deer on pathway into the forest and were not disappointed. Ciara is always responsive to our requests and is always helpful. We are planning for our next weekend at this wonderful location. You won’t be disappointed!

Aruna’s place is comfortable , clean, and welcoming. The kitchen is especially lovely. We loved all the thoughtful amenities and decor, and especially enjoyed the hot tub during the cold winter days. We can’t wait to come back in the spring to enjoy the kayaks and bbq on the lake. Aruna is a kind host and great communicator. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

This was our second time staying at Frankie’s place and would jump at the chance to stay again for our next visit. The place was very clean and great location. Frankie is a great host! Book with confidence.

Truly such a delightful house. Cozy and bright, with very comfortable beds. Centrally located, as described. Also have to say, the kitchen is outfitted for real cooking and we had everything we needed to make some nice meals. Would stay here again!

We did a one night stay on our way home after handling a very stressful week. The location was super cozy, absolutely beautiful property, and the names on the homes were adorably s’mores themed! I highly recommend!!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

The house was cozy, quaint, and spotless—perfect for our off-season weekend getaway! Adele was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us, and her communication was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Home was very cute and met our needs. It snow while there and Craig messaged to see if we needed to be plowed out. They did an amazing job! The stay was great!

This is our 5th year spending summer family time down at “The Cape House”. If you’ve been to the cape your whole life but never seen Millway beach before your missing out. I could go on forever, but I’ll just say that we’ve already booked next year and can’t envision a year not spending a week at Matt and Lindsay’s. Cheers!

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

We loved Whitney's home and would definitely stay there again. The hot tub wasn't working during our stay but the house is so lovely, so peaceful and so comfortable, we hardly noticed the hot tub! The home and amenities are just as described and the location is just a short drive to town and the beaches. This is a good pick.
