Easy access, welcoming and great house! Loved the pool and the green area. We made great memories in the house!

The apartment was very clean and we felt very safe. A little communication difficulties between Antonio and us as we don't speak Portuguese. But Elena communicated very well between us.

Helga was amazing and extremely accommodating. She waited for us while we were stuck in traffic and late. Her place is beautiful and very safe inside. It is between the CBD and the "better" area of Maputo. While driving there, a person might feel uncomfortable with the surrounding area, but it is safe. I drive a Ford 4x4 van and we were able to park inside behind a remote controlled gate. Any car bigger than a Ford ranger will not fit through the gate. Also remember to bring your international travel plug adapter, as the place have only one type of plug. There are only one three prong conversion plug. Thanks Helga for a great stay. Patricia's house is a gem! very spacious,nice pool and above all else Carlos was of great help!!Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle and lots of mosquito repellent.

It was perfect

Before I booked this; it said the location is 18mins from the Maputo international airport which it’s not. It’s a good hour. Having to drive all the way there and cancelling my reservation are into my time and I wasted my whole day

Nice place, close to the beach. The stuff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. I was 2 relaxing weeks there, it is a quiet place with a nice swiming pool and great athmosphere

Sara’s place was exactly what we needed for our long stay in Maputo. Convenient location for both walking and driving. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and close to the office too. The rooms were comfortable and nice and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and worked well. Sara was responsive and helpful and made the process pretty painless, including sending a cleaner twice a week. Our family of 5 was very comfortable there for 3 weeks.

We are still enjoying our stay in Sara`s house, have extended our stay. Everything you need is there, it`s cosy and homely, in a central location, within walking distance of many places in Sommershield 1 (and many development organizations). We feel at home and it is the perfect place to land in Maputo with family or friends. Thank you, Sara!

This is the most amazing apartment ! I have been coming to Maputo since I was a little boy and this time was the ultimate because of this great aprtment . the finishes are amazing , the host is always available to help , the bedding could be better but its not that bad ( I feel maybe a a softer smarter duvet would ust take it to a new level) And the view ...hmmmmm views for days , this place is just spectecular .

Great stay. The apartment was large, cozy and the neighborhood nice. Hot water, Wifi, linen and toiletries. The beds are very comfortable. Jorge is very friendly and welcoming and helped us with our arrival in the capital (good recommendations, SIM cards...). Easy, quick, and effective communication! Thank you, we will be back!

Sara's apartment exceeded my expectations; the rooms were spacious and had this nice, cool breeze flowing through them that helped cool down the apartment and blast away the smells of the delicious foods from the restaurant downstairs. It worked very well as a working space and the cleaning lady kept the apartment spotless. Other than some noise from the road coming from one or two loud cars, the area was lively during the day and very quiet at night. After a thief stole parts off my car, Sara arranged for additional security to watch my car at night, spoke with the neighbors, and kept me constantly updated. This helped a lot to put me at ease again. PS: The air fresheners in the cupboards and incense in the TV/dining area made the apartment smell very nice.
