The reception team was extremely friendly and they catered to my needs. They were responsive to help us when we encountered issues. The view is magnificent and the villa itself is breathtaking. The pool and living area are definitely the highlight of this property and it is perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Our experience has been truly exceptional, words cant do justice to villa selalu! From the decor to the staff to the food to the activities, everyone and everything was incredible. Putu and Yudi were especially amazing, although we would say every single person we met truly showcased the kindness and beauty of Indonesian culture. If you're looking for a little slice of heaven, you've come to the right place! ✨ We rented the villa for 4 nights and it was simply magical. The villa is carefully decorated, and extremely clean. Everything is done so that you can only feel comfortable. Host are very kind, responsive.

Booked this place as entire villa. Always done it the same way for my entire life on Airbnb. Villa is for 6 people anyway and you rent entire villa. However make sure you get to see real price when renting for 6 people. Unfortunately this host does charge extra per person. She ended up asking double the price for my stay. Place is nice. Location not great as it is in the middle of the island where you gotta go through dusty roads. Trust me the dust is in the air. Despite that you breath in, it also gets in your eyes, dirty shoes and feet Charlie is great, will help you get anything in the island, as him for help - great man! I will recommend getting hotel near the ocean instead of getting this villa. Pointless having kitchen as you won’t really be getting great glossary places. Restaurants only. You will get better deal with hotels Place is beautiful

Better place for living on Lombok. You can be sure . Villa is located on Selong Belanak, it's one of the best location on island, not crowded, a lot of beautiful nature places near by, many nice restaurants here. pandan villa it's really nice place to live as it has all that you need, nice bed, own private pool, well equipped kitchen, and really quite place, that is important on Lombok. we had really nice sleep here. Joe by self living near by, and could help you me with any question you had, you could rent scooters here, and transfer, and you can be sure, it will be good scooters, and nice transfer service, I advice to you use Joe service, as Joe knows locals, and can give to you best service. villa has security, and its really safe place, and most important, that local people are really friendly. Joe's team like ninja, you won't notice them, but every day you will have updated water in the dispenser, and room will be cleaned for you. I really recommend o choose this place

What a perfect little corner of paradise, we had a family stay and we all enjoyed the facilities. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The garden and pool made things more fun for the children. Agus (house manager)was very friendly and helpful.

Great staff hosting and location is 3 mins walk to lots of places to eat / hang out. Place is well set up and enjoyed the great food from neighbouring restaurant.
