Vacation rentals with beach access in Matanzas

Spacious and close to beach. Beautiful garden area. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Warning, it is a noisy area but the hosts do provide ear plugs on the nightstand.

Great place happy to return, except for the street road is a nightmare

Orelis is an amazing and caring host. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us regularly. The place is spacious and beautiful. The rooftop terrasse is amazing for morning coffee or sunset drinks. We had a beautiful time there, I highly recommend ❤️

Nice place to stay in Varadero. The host was really friendly and made us feel like at home. Only a few minutes to a beautiful beach and some good restaurants and snack bars around.

We had a really great stay. The place is just next to the beach. You walk through a small patch of grass and you are on the beach. Alberto is a real gem. He is incredibly kind and helpful. He is willing to help in any way he can. Our stay was way too short. We arrived in the afternoon and had to leave early in the morning. Alberto arranged a taxi for us to get us to the airport. The driver arrived right on time. It all went very smoothly. I would definitely stay again!

The host is very helpful in organising your time and the meals were probably the best we had in casas particulares. The location looks better on the map - unfortunately Matanzas is a bit bigger than it looks and in reality it's almost 1 hour walk to the city center, but at the same time the attractions outside of the city are still too far to go there on foot.

I can simply say that being there felt like home, Alina was super helpful and always attentive. The place was always private and quiet, the pool was my favorite part of the house. I would definitely go there again.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Pedro's house in Varadero. Communication was excellent with our host, he helped us get water, find the best local restaurant's and was available for any questions we might have. The house was clean, beds were nice and shower fantastic. Also the house was located in a really nice area which was quiet at night but centrally located just two blocks off the main beach, good restaurant's and a food market. Thanks again Pedro and we will definitely be staying again for our next trip to Varadero.

My parents and I were looking for a place near the beach where we could relax, enjoy some calm, and have privacy — and that’s exactly what we found in this house. It is comfortable, very spacious, and everything in the house works perfectly. We loved the beautiful garden and the many different communal spaces to sit, hang out, talk, listen to music, play games, and rest. The best part of our stay? The hosts. Amarilys and Guillermo are exceptional — attentive, respectful of our privacy, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Plus, their cooking is absolutely DELICIOUS! Highly recommended! We hope to return soon. Thank you so much for making my parents feel at home.

We spent a special days at the house, Mina's attention was spectacular, that lady is special. We will return. Pasamos unos días especiales en l casa y Mina es un amor de persona, ella hizo especial nuestra estancia.

Where to begin, The place was amazing. Super clean, modern and great location. The care takers, Sandra and he r husband were amazing. Went above and beyond to make our stay a home away from home. 5 stars is not enough!!!! Can’t wait for our next trip. If Liz is hosting we’re there!!!

Everything is very good. The apartment fits the description and photos of the ad, it is in good condition, it is clean and very comfortable and cozy. It's located steps from the beach. It has wide views towards the sea and the beach from the rooftop terrace. Hosts are very friendly and at all times willing to provide help and information.

Excellent Airbnb. Very convenient access to the beach. Eric was an excellent host. He went out of his way multiple times to make our stay comfortable. I defiantly recommend using his Appartment. Thanks a lot!

My family and I had a great stay at Gabriel's place, very attentive, respectful, available, I recommend his place! Also when my mother-in-law got sick they were very attentive, concerned about her well-being and helped us find medicine for her! thank you Gabriel & Maria!

I had a wonderful stay with Gabriel and Maria. I was traveling by myself and looking for a place I could relax and not worry. Gabriel and Maria were so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable trip. The apartment is well-appointed and has a beautiful view of the sea. They were so gracious when I asked to have a flexible check in/check out due to my flights. They provided me with a map with the best restaurants and beaches. They called me a taxi when I wanted to go to a nearby beach and they when I needed to go back to the city. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would love to come back soon!

The flat is big, comfortable, just like in the pictures. Manuel was nice. The house is very close to the local beach. It's very easy to go to Varadero from there, there are taxis or local buses.
