Vacation rentals with a patio in Massa Marittima

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. Lola was super welcoming, very empathetic and professional, she seemed to know her forever. A place of the heart. We're grateful for everything. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea to the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen is compact and working for this apartment size. The village is easy to reach on foot, the climb is also easily doable after a dinner in the village. The parking in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bathroom linens are offered, this must be brought along.

We really enjoyed out stay at Tiziano's place. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding nature. It is on a hill, and without a car, you need to walk up a considerable number of stairs or a gently climbing road. We are avid hikers and walkers so we didn't mind this. We also had a little issue with WiFi upon arrival, and Tiziano was very quick to help and fix it for us. Otherwise everything was exactly as described. Especially the terrace was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice and clean. It’s not big but has everything you need inside. The host put a lot of thoughts into the details which bring quite a lot of convenience for us. I would recommend it for Florence 👏🏻

Very nice view overlooking the bay. Be prepared to climb 103 steps from the street level by my count. Worth the effort however. To be fair almost anywhere you stay in C.T. Will require going up many steps.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

House in an excellent location for access to the slopes and other activities and shops. Clean, comfortable and warm home. I would not hesitate to book the apartment for a new stay in the area. Thank you

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

It is a joy to vacation in such a place. Very nice view from the windows. The house is very well maintained and clean. Fresh sheets. The garden deserves special praise. Lemons, figs, pomegranate, grapes... very beautiful! We are very grateful for your hospitality. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasise the really spotless cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine attentions (jam, tea, shower gel, a beautiful bouquet of flowers) and several times proactively made sure that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place is a fantastic Tuscany escape with rolling fields and an adorable friendly cat.

Federica and very welcoming, gave us clear directions to make it easier to arrive. Lots of nice places to visit and very charming and delicious small local restaurants😋. Accommodation with a friendly and very well-equipped card, with very good bedding.

We love Maria and her place. Super easy to get to from Train. Bright, cheerful, clean place. Easy walking to anything. Maria is so personal, friendly. She responded and helped us with anything. we would definitely go back to her place.

Gianluca's cabin is very beautiful! it is in an area of vineyards on the outskirts of Faenza, the view is amazing and he was very attentive to us. Super recommended!

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

Amazing place to stay in Riomaggiore!

We were in Bologna for work. During the day at the fair and in the evening in restaurants. Short distances to the supermarket, bus and with BTaxi APP can be picked up very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!
