We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

Our stay at Vangelis' accommodation in Mesochoria of South Evia was excellent. As a family of six, we greatly appreciated the comfortable and clean space, which fully met our expectations. Having a garden was a big plus as children could play safely and freely. The quiet location of the village offered peace, while the host, Vangelis, was extremely hospitable and proactive, taking care of every detail of our stay. The value was excellent, surpassing our expectations. We highly recommend this accommodation for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

A lovely villa apartment on the lower floor of two storey building., very centrally located, but still private and very enclosed for peacefulness. access to the house had a gate and a private car park, which added extra convenience as we travelled by car. house had everything you would need, maybe need some more kitchen utensils, lacked on knifes and tools etc... but otherwise pretty ideallic and family friendly and very tastefully fldecorted throughout. we would definitely be back and recommend to others.

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s place. We needed a place to stay that wasn’t so far from the airport and Kevin’s place was just that and it was also close to beaches which was a plus. The apartment itself was not very big but my husband and I fit very comfortably. The apartment had everything we needed and the host even left many food recommendations inside. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)
