This great old building apartment is very tasteful and stylishly furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our stay in Leipzig, everything easily accessible. Elisabeth wrote quickly and easily and the check-in and -out is easy through the key safe. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay in Leipzig. The appartment was super fine and perfect clean. The location was easy to find and there were a parking house just 100m away. The appartment is right in the center but still the neighborhood is very quiet. I can only give my best recommandations.

Very nicely decorated tiny house, with wonderful views of the lake. The surroundings were full of impressive houses. We were there out of season (winter), so no one felt except us in the area. The fireplace and infrared heating provided comfortable warmth. Otherwise, everything you needed was there. We were satisfied.

The accommodation has a very special charm and reminds you of what Leipzig's apartments used to look like. Before everything was renovated and modernized. She really is a little treasure about it. The apartment is really big, there are 4 bedrooms and a large cozy living room. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, a balcony invites you to look into the green backyard. The location is great, you have direct access to public transport. There are many pubs and subcultural life nearby. So a wonderful base to arrive and get to know the flair of this wonderful city! The only small criticism: The beds looked a little saggy. Nevertheless or therefore: Would love to come back!

The house was very clean. You can literally find all that you need. The host thought of everything that the guest needs. The Sauna was easy to use and the woods were provided. I felt right at home with all the facilities in this place. You can each the place if you have a car, but I haven’t and it was not hard to get there by public transport and walking (17 mins from the nearest bus stop line 70). I highly recommend this place and I will for sure come back again.

Like last year (and hopefully again next year) we enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. She is always our peace and quiet after the busy day of the fair and we feel extremely comfortable in Felix's apartment. Communication is impeccable and always friendly!

Kai’s cabin is very cosy, has everything you might need for your holiday and the location is brilliant. Kai is a great, friendly and uncomplicated host. We just left, but already thinking of coming back.

Everything is great! Super centrally located, short distances to the train station and into town. We were there earlier and could easily check in earlier upon request. Simply great 👍🏻

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve vacation for 4 in the (H)break on Lake Hainer. The fireworks from the upper floor, relaxed from the sofa, enjoy the infrared sauna together with the kids, ice bathing at the large marital status 3 minutes away and the extraordinarily good cleanliness were our highlights! In addition, upon arrival, we found a comfortably heated accommodation, travel cot,high chair,children's books and a small welcome greeting. We will be happy to come back! :)
