House vacation rentals in Marion County

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

Wonderful home to stay in. The children loved the game room and movie night in the “theater” 😃 Very convenient to shopping There is a pool and bbq patio which would be fun (in warmer weather ) Would definitely recommend!

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay! A quick weekend trip was made special with the comfort of the home and the beautiful landscape, especially during sunrise/sunset. The home was spotless and we quickly felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Lisa and Brad’s place! The home was a perfect for our group of six adults, a dog, and a toddler - the pup and toddler loved playing outside! The vibe was so homey, and they had all possible cooking and personal care needs taken care of. They were great at communication, actively reaching out with details that helped make check-in super easy.

We love it! It is the best AirBNB we have stayed at. When we arrived, they had everything for s’mores and hotdogs there for us! Very nice! They supplied so much! Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking pans and utensils, spices, foods, games, both inside and outside, sunscreen, bug spray, lighters for the fire, firewood, bikes, shampoos, soaps…. The list is endless!! The pool was great! Huge! We spent a lot of time swimming. Pool house was amazing! We fished nearly everyday in the pond. Caught some big fish. It was only 10 miles from Lincoln’s Birthplace. Everything we wanted to do down there was within 45 minute drive. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but was tolerable since everything else was so fantastic!

Very well stocked out, especially the kitchen…probably the best we have ever stayed at. Lots for the kids to do. We never left the house. Would definitely return. Harrison was great to work with. Very accommodating!

We had our annual Sister’s weekend at Ashley’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get away. Her house is amazing! It is peaceful, private and cozy. We had everything we needed! Ashley was very responsive with communication. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you for everything!

This stay was a last minute decision, my family and I were so glad we did! From the moment we pulled into the driveway the surroundings were stunning and so peaceful. The home is stocked with items as if they could predict our every need. Plenty of towels, soaps, etc. Each bedroom was as comfortable as the next. The decor was so fitting for the area. The towel warmer was a fan favorite (thanks for the idea of what to get my mom for Christmas)! The littles even enjoyed the hot tub despite the frigid temperatures. A playhouse, games, games, games and toys! The kids (ages 6-9 years old) never ran out of things to do! They made cousin memories that will last them a lifetime. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no issues preparing meals for our large group, again, they’ve thought of it all! We stayed for the Polar Express in New Haven but there is so much to do in the area. You don’t have to guess what there is to do, there is a binder available to give you tons of ideas!

This visit to Springfield, Kentucky was an unexpected one for a family funeral. Deborah learned of our trip and quickly went out of her way to get the house ready for us in the middle of a VERY snowy and icy week in Central Kentucky! We arrived on a frigid day, and fell into the warmth of Deborah's "open-armed hug" in the coziness of her beautiful turn-of-the century Carriage House! We have really come to love this home-away-from-home, and continue to be amazed at how well-appointed it is; Deborah & Dale have thought of everything to make it the perfect stay in the heart of the Bluegrass! The convenience of being so close to shops and restaurants was topped off with a snowy walk to have lunch in town and gaze at the historical beauty of this Americana gem! We always enjoy our time at Larry’s Place. Larry is always easy to communicate and quick to respond. The house is always very clean and orderly and we while we don’t always need them, we always appreciate the little extras in the kitchen like coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars for morning. My kids always love the space in the house and love running around on the property. We usually bring our own food for cooking, but there are definitely great restaurants to visit. We love the peace that the house and property provides and look forward to another stay.

This space is a hidden gem in Lebanon! The home is exactly as described and MiKayla is a great host to work with. We have used this as a corporate rental many times and our guests always request to stay here again and again.

It was a great stay the house was very clean and easy to find had a massage chair my coworker enjoyed and I would recommend chasers great food and drinks

Jimmy and Stephanie were great hosts, communicated well, we’re hands off - because they had thought of everything- and kept a clean and tidy place! We rented ti entire home - the upstairs and down are sort of two separate places, but nice that the downstairs has its own private entrance too.

Our family enjoyed staying at Harrison's for our Christmas holiday. The house was perfect for our big family, including dogs and an infant. He was a responsive, kind, and pleasant host. We would definitely stay here again.

Marilyn’s place was great. Very clean & was well stocked with whatever you need. Location is central to Makers Mark & Log still Distilleries as well as some others in the area. There is a grocery store & Dollar General in Loretto which is a town close by. Bardstown is within 30min also. I would definitely recommend this rental & will use again if I’m back in the area.

This is the third time we've stayed at Peggy's place, so we're obviously big fans. The house is always spotless, the linens crisp, the kitchen and bathroom well supoed, and the couch is one of the most comfortable I've ever sat on! The house just has a homey feel and is very convenient to everything you need.

I have no words for how perfect this place is. It is, hands down, the cleanest bnb we have ever stayed in! It was so well thought out, perfectly decorated..leaving it clutter free without losing any of the necessities. Mary thought of everything! From the counter full of snacks, fridge full of drinks, sweetest note next to THE cutest Makers Mark bottles- we felt incredibly welcomed & right at home! And the garage game room?! What a great surprise! My girls loved the ping pong table! If the house wasn’t perfect enough- the picturesque front yard was the perfect place for night time stargazing & watching the most beautiful early morning sunrises! We have stayed in many bnb’s over the years, but we all left agreeing that Mary’s place was one of our favorites! We will absolutely make this our go to place to stay when re-visiting Loretto!

As advertised! We were visiting a family member and it was a good place to do that. Much better than a motel room! Host was friendly and helpful. Nice large grassy and wooded area for walking. Back away from the street and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
