Everything exactly as described. Good quality linens and towels. We especially appreciated the beach towels. Check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely return!

We absolutely loved staying at Elíseos condo. He is a great host and he was very helpful and assisted us with a later check out option and slightly earlier arrival time to drop our cases while the apartment was being cleaned. The apartment was clean, tidy, open planned and the view was beautiful! We spent many mornings whale watching from the balcony. The rooftop pool and the facilities there were amazing. The view is spectacular. We were situated in a great area. Would love to stay again!

Exceptional house on the hillside above the Zona Romantica. With the sliding doors open, you are essentially in the jungle with the birds and coati. Beautiful house with comfortable furnishings. A well equipped kitchen for any meals you may want to cook at home. Close to the action of the Romantic Zone for bars and restaurants. Quiet at night except for the curious Coati that may try to get in. We come to stay after being on a fishing boat for 5 days for a welcome respite. Marianne offers suggestions on transportation, shopping, restaurants and activities. Vicky the housekeeper keeps the place exceptionally tidy and clean. She can prepare breakfast for a fee and even cooked exceptional birria one morning. We had Nancy come to give us massages. She is a tiny, wirey women with hands of steel. She found every area of tension and worked out the knots relentlessly. Marianne's house was beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and just perfect to decompress.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Gorgeous home, right in the heart of La Cruz. Easy walking to restaurants, beach, and town square. Our favorite was the pool and all the iguanas in the back yard.

We were SO happy with EVERYTHING! They made our first trip to Puerto Vallarta relaxing, enjoyable and fun…. We didn’t want to leave.!!!! The place was more than we expected…. Beautiful inside… peaceful building… wonderful pool A++++++ We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Great place! The location is right in the middle of restaurants AND the beach. and love the fact that our dogs were welcomed.

Great condo. The views are even more incredible in person! Lots of space to gather with friends or family. The pools, restaurants, fitness center, and beach access were excellent.

Karol’s place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. So much natural light and great attention to detail. The condo is centrally located and no more than a 5 min walk to the beach and great restaurants. Felt secure the entire time. Shower was always warm and AC worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend

Had a great time at Luis’ place! The neighborhood was very walkable, maybe 10 minutes to the ocean going down the main road. The apartment was very clean, and being just off the busy path lots of privacy. Would highly recommend staying here!

Oscar's place was great. We stayed for one month and it met all our needs. The location is great - large pharmacy steps away that had a lot of supplies you would need, large supermarket within walking distance and lots of little stores all around. Found some great restaurants in area too. Pittilal is a lovely neighborhood and much more authentic than touristy ones. Once we figured out the bus system, we could easily take one to Romantic Zone or Malecon. Sometimes we walked there (60 min). The apartment is great, shower pressure is excellent, pool is great. Would be nice to have an airfryer since there is no oven. Wifi was perfect. Lots of tiny ants in bathroom and kitchen at times, but we found that at our other AirBnB in the area so probably just common in Mexico. We found some any powder that got rid of them. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and great communication the whole time!

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Wow! Blown away by this place! There is no photo that does the view justice and waking up everyday to it and the sunset! Mind blowing! Amazing condo! 10/10! The building and amenities are perfect. Security was awesome and made things feel super safe. Karina who was our host was fantastic and set us up with a great private chef and everything we needed to celebrate my b’day! I have no notes lol what a place! Book ASAP!

Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights.

Area was perfect, traveling with 2 little ones and a mobility challenged senior, we were able to walk everywhere. The Villa exceeded our expectations and our hosts were pleasant and attentive. We needed support with the technology which they offered immediately. All in all we couldn't have been more pleased. perfect for a family reunion.

It’s a very nice place . But a little pricey

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Great place for a family vacation. We booked last minute due to another host canceling our reservation once we had already arrived. Judith gave us a quick response and was able to get us keys within a couple of hours. Once we arrived at the house we got a tour by Mauricio who was very friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, Mauricio was very attentive and quick to respond any question we had.

Maya's place is really lovely. The pictures really don't do it justice. The landscaping and Mexican charm are really impressive. Lovely little pool to cool off at. Maya was generous, helpful, friendly and responsive. We had a great stay. Highly recommend. It is up on a hill and your views of the harbour are spectacular. Walk into town is 5 to 8 minutes. You cross at a busy intersection but there are traffic lights. There are stores and restaurants on the same side of the highway, close by. The town of La Cruz is lovely and the people are friendly. I would definitely rent Maya's place again.

Loved staying here. The space is incredible! I knew it would be based on the photos, but I have to say the photos don't even do it justice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
