This was our first time in Aptos and at Seascape! Condo was absolutely perfect. Great location and views! Loved having the club house for a meal and afternoon cocktails. We will definitely be back to rent again from the owners.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

We had an AWESOME stay!!! The condo and the location exceeded our expectations! The beds were SO comfortable and there was a lot of lounging space due to the comfy, large sectional couch (which had a fold out bed!) and cute patio space. We were pleased to see it was a back unit, so our view was nothing but nature! It definitely didn’t feel like we had neighbors. We appreciated all the perks, like beach towels and sand toys, toiletries and a book with local recommendations. We were also thrilled with the location. Walking distance from a great beach with STUNNING sunsets and just blocks from great restaurants. It was an absolute lovely weekend away. Thank you to Claire, the most helpful host, for all of the recommendations and amenities! We will be back!!!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Monterey and California. The accommodations exceeded our expectations; they were exceptionally comfortable and clean. We would gladly book with Fidel again.

A perfect getaway for our wedding anniversary. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helped us out beyond what was asked. We went to dinner and came back to a bottle of champagne at our door. Was blown away by their service and kindness

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

Lovely place!

Nice location and amenities. Carpets, bathroom and sliding door a little worn down, but still good and clean conditions. We played pickleball and tennis and used the pool and hot tub. Just the booking with early 2pm check in didn’t get response from host after 22 hours and had to cancel and rebook. Airbnb host didn’t respond promptly but the seascape front desk respond well.

We hit it on the perfect weekend. Beautiful, sunny December day. Perfect day for walking on the beach, relaxing by the fire pit and hot tub. Not crowded. Would definitely come back

Great location and views from our unit! The front desk staff were more than accommodating and allowed for flexibility within checking in/out, which we greatly appreciated. The amenity of being able to call for a golf cart to get down to the beach and around the property was great, especially since we traveled with a toddler. Will definitely stay again.

This is definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences! When John told us that we would find “everything we need” in the house, we thought he was exaggerating. When we checked in, we found out he was so honest! There was literally EVERYTHING we needed, from phone charger to toothpaste to shampoo even to juice and ice cream!! And the biggest surprise was the extremely beautiful garden with blossoms! John went an extra mile (or two miles) to make this house a dream house! We have thoroughly enjoyed this quiet and cozy house only about 20 minutes from the Pacific Ocean and only about 10 minutes from Costco! We can’t wait to stay again there soon if John could please host our visit again in the future…Thank you so much John for your hospitality and being so considerate with full attention to details!

Place was as described. Not far from Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. I would say that the shared space area was adequate for 5 adults but would be hard with more people.

Our family stayed here and it was perfect for us. The place is pristine - and I love a clean space. Beds are super comfortable. We made a few meals and the kitchen (& BBQ) has everything you need. The backyard was perfect for traveling with dogs & we loved sitting by the fire pit at night. Would happily come back here!

My girlfriend and I chose this home for our 3 year anniversary weekend getaway which was the best decision we’ve made! The home provided extensive amenities from self care items to the newest coffee machines and a relaxing hot tub experience. Thank you so much for the incredible memories!

We were in the Los Gatos area for a wedding and fortunately found Michael's home for our stay. We enjoyed a relaxing view from the deck, outdoor seating areas, and a sense of serenity. You might end up feeding the birds; there are many, and they are piggies! : ) What a joy to watch them! The kitchen was fully stocked, with lots of coffee for the coffee-drinking gang. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless and filled with every product you need. Michael was fabulous in his directions, instructions, and communication, and we'd gladly stay at his home again!

I always love to stay here. Great place. It’s my go-to home away from home when I travel to Salinas.
