Absolutely perfect stay! Close to everything. I highly recommend this place!

Our large family stayed at Belinda’s home over Thanksgiving week. It’s our second time at this property, and we also rented the apartment again, which gives us plenty of space. The spaces are beautiful, comfortable and clean, with lots of seating and a well-stocked kitchen. The grounds are well-tended, lush and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Inverness, Point Reyes Station and many access points to hiking trails and coastal access. Belinda is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for a pleasant place to gather groups both big and small!

cozy, yet spacious houseboat right on the water. well stocked for a comfortable stay and very close to the many things to do in SF bay area. hosts were informative and experienced. quite an easy place to stay, and relax if that is what you want to do.

We really enjoyed our Sonoma getaway. Roomy, comfortable and walkable to the square and many restaurants and shops, it was perfect for two couples. Terry was responsive and friendly. This was a great value!

We are so grateful for our stay, it worked great for us and our pets. It was very comfortable and had all we needed. The stairs to the location are quite steep, which made it a little more challenging, but elsewise, the surrounding area is lovely with easy freeway access. Ottoline was great at communication.

This was a very peaceful place to stay after visiting the very busy San Francisco all day. My kids loved the “fort” bed and we really enjoyed playing games together. The kitchen had everything I needed to make our breakfasts. Stacey gave well written instructions, very easy to follow and understand. 5 stars, would stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay. Everything was amazing. The host, Bob, was very responsive and helpful with anything that I needed. The property is very peaceful, cozy, and walking distance to downtown. I experienced all of the great restaurants that I could and met up with friends in San Francisco. The ferry ride is really cool.

We had an amazing stay at Harold’s place! Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is set at a beautiful location my only regret was not staying for more days, there is definitely a lot to do in the area, that being said I would definitely come back in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Nancy was a wonderful host and her home was absolutely perfect! Our group of 6 was able to relax and enjoy wine country without worrying about a thing. We had fun in the game room as well as the hot tub, and even had time to watch a movie. The location is perfect, both close to town and also secluded. The house is clean, well appointed, and extremely welcoming. We hope to be back to visit again!!

The house provided everything our family and dog needed for the stay - plenty of space and comfort for all of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your meals. The neighborhood (and area in general) is very quiet and peaceful, just a perfect location to enjoy the views and surroundings. There's a lot of touches that made it feel like home away from home - would totally stay there again.

Our family of four had a great stay at Alina's peaceful retreat in Bolinas. The house was perfect for a family of four, with cozy bunk beds for kids and a giant king sized bed for the grown ups. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor shower but it looked like it would be awesome in summer months. This retreat is easy to find (just load in Google maps before leaving - reception is spotty though the wifi is good once you're there). Thank you! We hope to be back in the future!

We had a great visit at this house. The house was very clean, organized, and it worked well with two families. The kitchen had lots of cooking supplies, and the beds were comfortable and cozy. The location in Bodega Bay was perfect, and the view from the back deck was beautiful! The bonus game room in the garage with a ping pong table and shuffle board was an added surprise, and fun for the kids! Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this house and would highly recommend it!

We had a great getaway in this sweet, clean, beautiful house! We had one slight/minor issue when we blew a fuse, and couldn’t find the circuit breaker box to reset it! (It’s just outside the front door on the wall facing the street) We contacted Linda & John who immediately resolved the issue by telling us exactly where it was and instantly we were “back in business”. Never had another issue the whole time! Thanks for a much needed respite from chemo & some valued family time in a very inviting setting! We’ll be back!

A beautiful home with many large windows overlooking the ocean and beach. We comfortably slept 7 and cooked many meals in the very functional kitchen. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again to Dillon Beach!

Anyone staying here may be lucky that Jay and Cristal want to share their beautiful home with guests. They are really caring and kind so you feel right at home with them. Parking directly at the B & B is comfortable. The room is spacious and the private bathroom is right along the room. You can use their kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Beautiful views both from the room and from the sitting room. Can recommend this AirB&B to anyone.

Jeff and David were exceptional hosts, they thought of everything we might need while we were there and even went above and beyond with fresh flowers, stocked refrigerator, snacks, bottled water and two bottles of wine in the chiller for us when we arrived. Could not have asked for better accommodations or hosts. Would definitely stay again!!

I stayed @ Andreas & Steffi’s condo for ~3 weeks November 2024. They were both so responsive & easy to communicate with, & it was important to them that my experience was a good one! I never met them because they were on an extended trip the whole time; but still responsive, even from Europe. It was wonderful having my own en suite bathroom, replete with soap, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer. The Q bed was super comfy. There was a pub table with bar stools, and a desk work space. There is a printer, but it’s not wireless if your work requires printing. There is a nice size flat screen TV in your BR, with access to several movie channels, including Prime Video. Larkspur is a fantastic location for access to many beautiful locations. I recommend: Andy’s Local Market (4 mi.) for great food, grocery store, full bar, and gorgeous views of the marina & water. There is a beautiful bike path just a couple miles away, along the water. Take the loop of Hwy 101, that takes you to China Camp.

We loved staying at Gillian’s place. Beautiful unit with great appliances, fixtures and amenities. Well stocked kitchen and spacious living space. I liked the little office nook where I could work, and also the nice multi layered deck. We were within 10-15 of downtown mill valley and there were plenty of food options downtown and close by, including the charming lumber mill development. Very easy check in with clear instructions, great host and lovely place. We have family in Mill Valley and will look to book her place again in the future when we visit them!

A beautiful location and the home has beautiful views. Pete was responsive and worked it out so we could check in early enough to get ready for an afternoon wedding. Excellent selection of family games that we enjoyed. I highly recommend the location and the home!!
