Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marin County

Jane was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was just what we needed for a calm and restful night in just the right place for our spontaneous trip to West Marin. The bed and bedding were cheery, comfy and clean. We dove into some of the books on the shelf, enjoyed the herbal tea and the little oatmeal packets were perfect for a morning starter.

Five family members embarked on our first AirBnB experience. Dani & Luis were very easy to deal and communicate with. We were warmly greeted upon entry to the property. Everything was very neat and clean with very clear rules, instructions, games, large TV and local venue ideas. A 1906 era air conditioned house was secluded in an open and partly wooded lot, with a great patio, comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ. A well appointed kitchen supported the BBQ and the adjoining dining room. We all enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing stay. It was an awesome weekend. Wonderful !!! Great !!!!

Very warm welcome and many thoughtful touches of hospitality throughout our stay. Bed was super comfy. Incredible lagoon and sunrise views. Leda was so helpful with recommendations and local area knowledge, and very kind to prepare a wonderful breakfast each morning. Highly recommend the Sunshine House and will book again when in the area next.

This was a perfect beach getaway for my family. The place is clean and homey and very comfortable, and the location cannot be beat: literally a few moments walk from the front door to the beach—the path over the dune to the beach is maybe 30 steps from the house. At night with the windows open you can hear the waves on the beach. We have a two year old daughter who loved the little buckets and shovels and assorted toys to play with which made the beach days even more enjoyable. Everything from checkout to departure was very easy. A completely hassle free stay at a great place. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at M. Thomas’ house! He was very welcoming and helpful and the house was just like we would have wanted it: clean, modern, comfy, with nice outdoor equipment to fully enjoy the stay (brasero, swimming pool). I definitely recommend this place for a few days in Sonoma county

Such a beautiful spot in the middle of Mill Valley. Walkable to the downtown area, Old Mill Park, Cascade Falls, and the start of Dipsea Trail. Couldn’t be more happy with the location and Maeve was such a wonderful host! Very responsive and was nice enough to stock the fridge with some breakfast essentials. Definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful thanksgiving holiday with family at Stephan’s place. Location was very convenient - close to town, yet private and quiet in a beautiful wooded setting. Kitchen had everything we needed!!! Stephan was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This airbnb has a lot going for it. It is two blocks away from the train station, across the street from Whole Foods, one block from a very good mexican eatery that is well loved by locals, and within 10 minutes from downtown. But for someone having to downsize, Austin went above and beyond. I’m so glad I stayed here. To be helped when you need it most, that’s everything!

From the moment we arrived, Erika made us feel incredibly welcome and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to the heart of Sausalito, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for. Erika’s hospitality truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

Erika is a vibrant and welcoming host. Her apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and comfy. So many great restaurants in walking distance.
