The place is very beautiful and cozy, with a diverse interior. Great communication with the owners and a quiet neighbor with plenty of nearby facilities (grocery store, bakery and a bar)

Brand new property, everything impeccable, has a swimming pool, some games, swimming pool, even toy for children. It's worth it, Leandro even very attentive in the service ! I highly recommend

Amamos being at the residence we were from the city so we knew the neighborhood well and it was one of the points that helped, near pharmacy shopping bars for those who like it, the house is a grace from the decoration to the furniture the pool is perfect for children too, finally they were pleasant days and if necessary and if it is available for sure we will stay there again! Thank you for everything from the reception mime to our exit!

It needed a large house in the city that doesn't have many options. This town served me both in locality and comfort.

Location in the quiet neighborhood of Marilia. Surroundings with supermarket, ice cream shop, restaurant and bakery. Clean house and pool. All the demands Rodrigo met promptly and I was very polite. I will definitely rent again when I return to Marília.

Property very well located, close to everything! Extremely clean and cozy environment, great to enjoy your stay in it. Very good structure with respect to everything, from sheets and towels, to kitchen utensils. Another positive point is TV, which is huge and works very well. The leisure area of the house is also wonderful and serves very well those who stay in it. The Hosts Taise is a love of person, of enormous sympathy! Always very attentive and helpful in all our conversations. Hope to be back soon!

The hostess proved very helpful and instant response time. For reasons unrelated to our will we had to leave a day earlier, she consented and changed the check-out die!!!

The house brought comfort and well-being to our family. The host was asked too much, a wonderful person. I have a 6-year-old autistic son who has adapted very well to the spaces. I recommend to those staying in Marília a thousand times this house that has a way of mother's house. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
