Kattya and Patrick have been wonderfully accommodating and helpful with all aspects of my stay. They were always present and available to help me with anything that I might need, but never troubled me with anything and provided a very peaceful and fulfilling stay at their apartment. Kattya has gone out of her way to be supportive and helpful while I have been recovering from surgery. And even more has been proactive and willing to forward a late delivery to me after I checked out. I can not more highly recommend Kattya and here residence to anyone coming to the Buckhead / Atlanta area for a visit, either short or extended. Ward Graham

I was looking for a place close to my workplace to stay for just under a month. I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a comfortable spot to sleep. And for that, it did the job just fine.

Carol was one of the best communicators I've interacted with on air bnb. Her place was clean, easy, simple & I appreciate how reasonable the price was. My only wish was that the pillows were better. They were very thin & flat. Bedside lamps would have been nice to have + a britta or some sort of water filter so I didn't have to go out and stock up on bottles of water. Shelley place is truly a hidden gem. Shelley was a great host made sure I had everything I needed. The location is ideal close to everything if you enjoy the city life then this place is for you. I recommend this unit to anyone trust me you won't be disappointed.

AMAZING location. can walk to restaurants and mall easily. nice place also, only thing is the sofa bed is more like a small futon. was expecting a full pull out couch. but it was still nice and worked for the few days we were there :) would stay again.

I absolutely adore Miattra’s home it was divine but more so than the place Miattra was such a kind and inviting host and when we informed her we were coming early and wanted to do check in early she was beyond accommodating. She a gem of a host and I would absolutely choose her place to stay again. The apartment has a great view and the pool is beautiful and if you get there early it’ll be relaxing and if you come later we found it’s much busier but not in a bad way. The concierge were so kind and helpful. And the area was so nice! Very busy traffic wise, so I’d recommend leaving the car if you don’t have far to go. Downtown is a 10-13 minute scooter ride away lol and we enjoyed getting around locally by bike or scooter. Small convenient store downstairs but very expensive like very. So get what you need at Publix 10 minutes away before you lock in. You’ve been warned lol other than that we enjoyed every part of our stay.

Clean and modern stay. Sparsely decorated, but has the basics you’ll need. Location is pretty good with best access to Battery and north ATL area. Recommended for 1-2 people

Our two night stay at 1424 Ridgecrest Lane in Smyrna GA was perfect. We were in Atlanta for a wedding and needed a place near Vinings GA where our family lives and the wedding was going to take place. The townhouse was only a 15min drive to Vinings and was spotless, had comfortable beds and was in a safe townhouse community near stores and highways close to our destination. On Saturday morning, while we were there, we took an early morning walk to a nearby park where lots of youth soccer games were going on with cheering parents on the sidelines. Derek, the host, communicated everything about the townhouse we needed to know and assured us that we could call him if we needed any other help during our two day stay. The townhouse was immaculate and in a quiet location close to stores if we needed them and convenient to our destination as well.

Everything was great! Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Michael’s home was peaceful, and the neighborhood was quiet. The inside was beautiful. We plan on staying there again.

Location was great. In a nice quiet neighborhood and only about 20 minutes from all of the things we wanted to do. Mariham saved our birthday weekend in Atlanta when our first place got canceled unexpectedly and we were able to check into her place last minute and late at night. Can’t thank her enough for that. The house was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for myself and my four friends. Mariham had very good communication and we stayed in contact directly for our entire stay. Would definitely stay at Mariham’s property again!

The weekend I had feel amazing. It feels just like home. Nothings to complain. So cozy and peaceful. I look forward to come back again.

We are so grateful we found Chris and Beatriz's home! They took a challenging situation (we had floor damage and needed to be out of our home for 10 days) - and turned it into a delightful, relaxing vacation! We loved being able to walk downtown to the historic Marietta square, full of wonderful restaurants and fun things to do. They were both incredibly responsive and their historic home was a treasure in itself. The kitchen was fully appointed and the home theater room was so comfortable. Coffee in the morning on their lovely porch - and then wine in the evening to watch the sunset. Magical! We would absolutely recommend their home to anyone wanting to visit the Marietta Square area - and you would be welcomed so kindly by their outstanding hospitality!

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the xute house. Rene was very responsive and detailed with check in and check out. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and early check in. I recommend this home to anyone.

Damien’s place was so cozy! I felt right at home. The location is close to a shopping mall and a lot of restaurants which was perfect for me. Damien was fast with responding to any questions I had. I will definitely book with him again.

Desiree was the perfect host! The condo was clean! Cable TV and the balcony was screened in which is perfect for Fall evenings! Even though the location is a bit sketchy it doesn’t take away from the experience! I would definitely recommend!

It was a great time staying at Kevin’s Airbnb! Clean, spacious and very cozy! Kevin is a responsive host and if anything came up he messaged back quickly! The location is great and downtown is very walkable! There is a large homeless population all over downtown Atlanta, and I still felt safe staying in this area. The building is well secured with concierge to help you get settled and explain the rules of the building! I would recommend staying at Kevin’s place during your stay in Atlanta for both work and play!

I enjoyed my stay at Julian’s place. Check in was very easy, the place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you Julian, for hosting me, I’ll definitely book again when I’m back in Atlanta.

The building is right in the mix of things on a corner down the block from a major hotel. It was an easy walk over a block or two, then a straight line to Olympic park and the convention center. 10 minute ride gets you out of town and over to the Krog street Market area for good eats and a walk on the bike path. The lobby is staffed and I found them to be helpful & friendly. The laundry room was clean. The washers and dryers are payable with a credit card and were cheap. There's an enclosed balcony which I would have enjoyed to sit out on if the weather were warmer. If you like using the crazy pay per ride scooters (I do), they are avaliable everywhere you look. One note. If you have never been to Atlanta be aware that there is a large homeless population downtown.

Kristy is a great host - thank you for being so flexible with our check-out time! The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my kids - we saved so much on not only the unit cost compared to a hotel, but also on being able to prepare meals in a full kitchen. Absolutely perfect and highly recommended!

I went for a conference at the Georgia World Congress Center and Beth’s apartment was the perfect place. The location (~15 mins walking to GWCC), space, and price are very convenient. I would totally stay again. Also, the condo staff were super kind.
