Place was as described, easy to check in and very clean. Amma made our stay even more enjoyable by always responding to any questions we ever had. Overall a very comfortable place to stay, I would totally come back or recommend Amman’s place to anyone staying in the area.

Complex is well maintained and operated

We booked Jenn's place the day before we arrived and it was perfect for what we needed. The place is very clean, comfortable and has some of the best ammenities like an oven and washing machine. Communication was quick and helpful whenever I needed to contact Jenn. The apartment is off the main road so it is nice and quite, you can easily rent a motorbike from the shop next door and there is multiple 7/11's, resutrants and a night market within walking distance. Great spot.

A very good and beautiful place! Nearby there is a local market to sell the fresh seafoods. Also you can walk to the pier to go to the Koh Tao.

Clear recommendation! 👌😍 WOW! Just magical this view, the place is a dream come true. Everything is super clean and very tastefully decorated - we would have preferred to stay there! The service was impeccable, also on topics outside the apartment (scooter rental, taxi service,...). The crowning glory was the later check-out at no extra charge 😍

The apartment was clean with very good light from outside, giving it a fresh, new feeling. The floor plan and furnishings worked really well for our 6 week stay. Two air cons meant we were always comfortable. Leonie’s apartment was a great home away from home. The TV is internet based only with no free to air. You Tube is the go to app for most things along with Netflix and others. I believe this is common to all apartments in the complex. It was easier to just use our smartphones and tablet. Two pools and the gym are great. Although you can walk to the beach and restaurants street, it’s not something you’ll do much given the heat. You do need a car or scooter to get around. Grab is fast and convenient also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and happily recommend this apartment. The host, Leonie, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Spent 10 days in Christian's villa. Absolutely beautiful! Villa is well build and maintained and for any issue, Christian and his sister in law are very responsive to help. The villa is a bit off the beaten path, so best to rent a car/motorbike, but being off the beaten path means you have unmatched quiet, privacy, scenery, etc. And just 10 minutes down the mountain are plenty of great food/drink/beach options and a 24 hour grocery store. The large balcony and pool overlooking the mountain side is definitely the highlight of the villa. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Khan. All photos are true. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious. A living room combined with kitchen and a separate bedroom with huge windows, a large bed, and two high quality linens shifts. The kitchen set is equipped with all the necessary appliances: microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, electric stove made of glass ceramic, set of tableware. In short, the hostess provides everything for a comfortable stay. In the living area of the corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling sliding windows for access to a wonderful spacious balcony. There is also a fenced area for working on a computer. The house itself is located on the very shore of the sea, from which it is separated by a large 25-meter swimming pool with a children's area. The market and shops are 5 km away, so it is worth renting a means of transportation (we rented bicycles) . Nearby, within walking distance, there are several beach cafes where you can eat very tasty food. There are also plenty of laundries and places to rent a motorbike or bike around the house. This place is for a very peaceful vacation. There are no nightclubs or noisy bars - complete relaxation. We would love to come back here again.

Quiet and beautiful 1-room apartment in a complex with high safety standards. Ahmed's apartment was as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt right at home Ahmed proactively wrote clear check-in instructions prior to arrival, making it seamless and easy. In addition, he will send us a list of about 30 personal tips on places on the island (restaurants, bars, viewpoints, beaches, and more). He shared his personal experience, which we could confirm. Ahmed was always available if there were any questions or other concerns and gave good and helpful tips for the stay. The hospitality and helpfulness was above average! We highly recommend the place and would come back any time!

I stayed for a long weekend with my dog and absolutely recommend this spot. The pictures don't do it justice - you have a whole bungalow to yourself with peaceful and private outdoor areas and a full kitchen. The internet and AC worked well. The place is well located to all of the funky things to do in the northwest of PK, only ~10 minute scooter ride to the pier. Host was responsive and gave me clear directions to the space. I would stay here again if I had the chance!

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and tranquil. I assume most of them in the building are. There is a wonderful breeze most of the time that makes the aircon unnecessary - even in April (Summer)! Everything is very easy going. The pool is amazing. The food in town is amazing, the beaches deserted, the markets big and busy (timing is important) and all for a good price (not like many places in the south). You'll need some form of transport, but renting a scooter in town or near the beaches is easy. Khanom has two main roads with little traffic, so it's very easy to navigate. We travel Thailand every year for at least a month and Khanom is still our favorite for easy beach and some of the best food. Love it every time more...

Very cute house with everything you need. Would go again and again!

It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the sea and palm trees,just a few steps to the sea. located in very quiet surroundings, recommends renting a type of transport vehicle as it is far to the city.

Stayed in this luxurious condo for a month and it was everything we needed. Chris is a really friendly host! Always responsive and available whenever we needed him. Photos are mostly accurate, rooms have changed a little. The balcony view is absolutely beautiful, with a sunset view. The apartment was clean on arrival. As most places in Asia, ants are everywhere so don't leave any food or drink lying around otherwise you'll have an army of them within minutes. My tip is to tie the bin bags before the end of the night and to keep the worktops clean as there are ants under the sink. We used ant repellent which was effective. We didn't use any cooking facilities but there are plenty of cooking utensils available. Swimming pool was refreshing and never overcrowded. The barman makes great cocktails with a smile! There is a VERY steep hill to walk up to reach the condo. Not recommended to anybody with mobility issues. This is the best place I've ever stayed in and highly recommend it

Perfect spot to have some quiet at night but be close enough to plenty of things to do. Restaurants etc within walking distance and very close to Fishermans Village. In unit washer, access to gym and pool were perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

David provided me with everything leading up to my stay and then when I arrived New and Boom were very welcoming and helped me very quickly with a lot of things like hiring a bike, Wi-Fi and some other issues. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in the Bophut area. 10 min walk to Fisherman's village.

Beautiful apartment where every part is nicely planned out. Clean, modern and nice condo. Yuri was very responsive and helpful whenever we were contacting him. This place is a great oasis and we can’t wait to stay here again.

It is a great place, we stayed one month, and everything was great.

Is located in a very quiet place, far away from the main street noise, but also near to supermart, temples and night market. The flat is equipped with everything. The swimming pool is clean. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset. If you look for a quiet clean place near to the beach, this is the place.

Amazing location. Check in was super easy. The location is perfect. We was a 2 minute walk from local bars that were semi busy at most times. We was there for 16 days and made many friends at the bars. We even went out to other bars with the owners. The people were amazing at our location. The 3 bedrooms had all en suite bathrooms which was great. The view out on massive balcony was amazing. The pool was great as it was private. We needed to leave on check out day early so we had to meet at apt the day before late afternoon which was our choice. Super easy check out. Electric you pay is nothing. Will be booking here again soon. Iness was so pleasant on arrival and gave us her what’s app for any issues. We had one as safe would not open. What’s app in Sunday and had response in minutes. After 10minutes maintenance came and sorted issue. Amazing. Thank you for a great holiday.
