Place was as described, easy to check in and very clean. Amma made our stay even more enjoyable by always responding to any questions we ever had. Overall a very comfortable place to stay, I would totally come back or recommend Amman’s place to anyone staying in the area.

A small cozy condo, clean, it was nice to clean and feel that guests were expected there. View from the balcony to the tennis court. I was also pleased that the hostess thoughtfully left a tennis racket and ball. There is a kitchen and all the necessary utensils: The location of the condo is good, everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, a bus stop, and most importantly - the sea.

Had a perfect stay there, nice condo with gym and pool. Host helped with any questions. Hope to come again!

The apartment was clean with very good light from outside, giving it a fresh, new feeling. The floor plan and furnishings worked really well for our 6 week stay. Two air cons meant we were always comfortable. Leonie’s apartment was a great home away from home. The TV is internet based only with no free to air. You Tube is the go to app for most things along with Netflix and others. I believe this is common to all apartments in the complex. It was easier to just use our smartphones and tablet. Two pools and the gym are great. Although you can walk to the beach and restaurants street, it’s not something you’ll do much given the heat. You do need a car or scooter to get around. Grab is fast and convenient also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and happily recommend this apartment. The host, Leonie, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great apartment on the beach and a beautiful pool. Warunee was very responsive and helpful to all our questions. Lots of Massage shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend especially, if you are travelling with family.

Brilliant studio apartment close to the beach, Fisherman’s Village and Bangrak. The apartment had everything you needed. The complex facilities were also great - swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis and basketball courts. There was also a sense of community. The beach is a short walk and there are some lovely restaurants close by - try Hello Prame or Thai Time. Fisherman’s village is a good 15-20 minute walk down a road without pavement. I wouldn’t advise walking at night but it’s great in the day to walk down and through the east end of the village. The other walk is towards Bangrak which is again a good 20 mins walk to any 7-11. It’s best to hire a bike or use the public bus/ taxis to get around. Ahmed was also a great host and even did me a favour while I was over spending a few days in Koh Tao.

Had a really pleasant stay there, lot of outdoor space and Kitchen. Really comfy mattress and pillows and a really cool rustique style. The contact with the host was also really nice and everything was really seamless. Can totally recommend!

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, spacious and tranquil. I assume most of them in the building are. There is a wonderful breeze most of the time that makes the aircon unnecessary - even in April (Summer)! Everything is very easy going. The pool is amazing. The food in town is amazing, the beaches deserted, the markets big and busy (timing is important) and all for a good price (not like many places in the south). You'll need some form of transport, but renting a scooter in town or near the beaches is easy. Khanom has two main roads with little traffic, so it's very easy to navigate. We travel Thailand every year for at least a month and Khanom is still our favorite for easy beach and some of the best food. Love it every time more...

Our stay with Sai and his family was fantastic! We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and felt like at home. The complex is quietly located, but restaurants and supermarkets are still within minutes walking distance. A big plus is the coffee directly on the grounds, which opens at 8 and we had coffee or had breakfast there almost every morning. It's totally delicious and the people who work there are totally friendly! Sai regularly asks on his own if everything is okay with the house or if you need anything. The house is tasteful and offers plenty of space and all kinds of amenities. Small highlight for us were the two dogs of the complex, who always greet you at the parking lot when you come home. We hope another house is free next time we are on koh phangan because we would really love to come back:)

It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the sea and palm trees,just a few steps to the sea. located in very quiet surroundings, recommends renting a type of transport vehicle as it is far to the city.

Lovely apartment with helpful instructions and clear communication from Chris on how to get to and into the apartment. Stunning views, apartment well sticked with necessities. Beds were average comfort and pillows slightly lumpy but this is just a minor issue as apartment was very clean. Accommodated us with early check in and late check out as thankfully bookings worked in our favour and also very helpful in organising scooters for us that were waiting at the apartment for us.

Perfect spot to have some quiet at night but be close enough to plenty of things to do. Restaurants etc within walking distance and very close to Fishermans Village. In unit washer, access to gym and pool were perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

The apartment is big and clean and worked very well for our family. We love to be welcomed by a big fruit basket and water in the fridge. PingPong took care of any issues we had immediately. But what is truly amazing is the resort grounds. Beautiful tropical gardens and an amazing pool right by the ocean. Most of the time we were the only ones swimming in the pool. The beach is very nice too. Massage places and restaurants within walking distance along the beach or the road.

David provided me with everything leading up to my stay and then when I arrived New and Boom were very welcoming and helped me very quickly with a lot of things like hiring a bike, Wi-Fi and some other issues. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in the Bophut area. 10 min walk to Fisherman's village.

Clear recommendation! 👌😍 WOW! Just magical this view, the place is a dream come true. Everything is super clean and very tastefully decorated - we would have preferred to stay there! The service was impeccable, also on topics outside the apartment (scooter rental, taxi service,...). The crowning glory was the later check-out at no extra charge 😍

Beautiful apartment where every part is nicely planned out. Clean, modern and nice condo. Yuri was very responsive and helpful whenever we were contacting him. This place is a great oasis and we can’t wait to stay here again.
