An absolutely amazing place to stay for our group vacation. The setting is beautiful, right on the beach with a lovely central garden/pool area. Everything has recently been renovated/built so very nice. There is a communal space with kitchen and dining and a pool table where all guests can gather for breakfast. With the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing against the sand it is idyllic. The only comments on the communal area are that there is a lack of comfortable seating for guests to sit together and relax or watch TV. Also, there is some drainage smell but I am sure that can be addressed. What we also loved is that everyone also has their own privacy as there are 4 units each with en-suite bathroom, 3 of them have a sitting area and one is a family room with a double and 2 bunk beds. All of the units have large bathrooms. We would definitely return again to this beautiful home and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The place was as the photos show, amazing place for me and my friends to spend a few days and relax. Hosts were very responsive (Cindy) and were there to help book taxi’s where required as well as answered all questions. Setting is nice and private but also offers a couple of social areas for some drinks. One thing to note is that at the end there is an electricity bill that is presented upon checkout. I didn’t see this in the booking, but not a problem at all as the villa is quite big and was sort of expected. Overall an amazing stay, relaxing with a beautiful villa along with helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

This home was amazing! We really enjoyed staying at the Villa. The home is so spacious with gorgeous views. Tom and Toto were so great individuals that they made our whole family feel right at home. Tom is an amazing cook and prepared multiple meals for us in the home. She was able to cook all types of meals (Thai & Western) to accommodate adults and children. In addition, we used Toto to drive us every day, which took additional stress away from us. The house was always tidied up every day by the staff with new towels and beds made. I am so happy that we were able to book this home and enjoy our time in Koh Samui

There is a lot to love about Sukkho Samui Estate - beautiful furnishes, spectacular view, well equipped kitchen, the daily delivery of croissants, etc. Régis and Monica are phenomenal hosts - always ready to assist. I found them easy to communicate with. The unit is within equal traveling distance between Chaweng and Lamai. You will need access to some form of transport while you are here. Highly recommend this spot!

Omg what a beautiful stay in this comfy jungle getaway! It’s a great place if you would like to recalibrate to nature and feel at home somewhere in your stay on Samui. I had so much fun with my Thai grandma, Payip, the grande madam of the house. I did not rent a bike for my week there, mostly enjoyed the solitude and one day walked 40 mins to the beach, which was glorious — the nature walk and the ocean experience. Just make sure to bring plenty of food to cook aside from the breakfast they lovingly offer, if you aren’t going to rent a bike. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Julia. The villa is just as you see it in the pictures on the listing. We are a family of ten, aged 11-85, and the villa was perfect for us. Spacious with lots of family space to sit together, inside and outside. The pool was great for our four children and enjoyed by all the family. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, with en-suite for each bedroom. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. The added bonus was the amazing service from James and the team, who were so kind and helpful, quickly responding to our questions and requests. James organised airport transfers, taxis, restaurant bookings and trips. James is kind and caring and a real attribute to the villa. We had the chef service for our first evening and breakfast the first day, then another meal. It was delicious. But quite expensive compared to eating out. The villa is very peaceful but a little off the beaten track, so recommend car hire to get about.

It was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed it here the whole month. This villa and place around us is a paradise after an active social life in a big city! Jeff was one of the best professionals in my life. I could text him anytime in the morning or in the evening - it doesn’t matter. I got the answer during a couple of minutes even on Sunday. This is the highest level of service. Huge respect and thankful for that. Overall everything was great! I recommend this place!

That was our 2nd stay at Amy Village. The place is very quite and peaceful, in the same time it is very close to the main Lamai road and Lotus. It's very easy to get there by foot (5min). The territory and rooms is maintained well, but some furniture and equipment need to be updated. Photo and description is 100% real, so attentively look at the pictures and read the description - and make a decision is it suitable place for you. Hosts and village colivers support quite and friendly atmosphere, that is what we love in this place, as well as lovely green village territory. I believe, that Amy Village is a great place for digital nomad that cherish friendly peaceful workation atmosphere.

We have just had an amazing 8 day stay at Villa Syama for 11 family members celebrating my 70th birthday. Let me start by saying this is the most amazing villa, breathtaking views, beautiful entertaining areas & wonderful pools. We were welcomed with a welcome drink & introduced to the most amazing house managers, Pui & Tong, who cooked breakfast every morning, and made our beds & tidied our rooms. They also organised a birthday Thai banquet for my birthday, which was the best Thai food we have ever had, they decorated the room with birthday banners & streamers & put a beautiful Thai message on my bed with gorgeous orchids & Thai flowers. Pui also arranged laundry to be collected & a wonderful driver, Mr Tam, was so friendly with all of us & sweet with the kids. I highly recommend the lovely host Rachel who was very prompt to let us know we could check in early & have a bit later check out. The Villa is immaculately clean, very comfortable beds & amazing views. Thank you Rachel.

We had a wonderful time in Maii's villa. Great communication with Maii, the host, from planning our trip to the last day of our holidays. The location is on up hill, much better to rent a car for convenience. Otherwise, Grab is easy and popular. Villa is huge, with a stunning view for sunset. Unfortunately , nobody wakes up early to catch the sunrise. Lots of activities available, a private large infinity pool, tennis court, big game room with snooker and dart inside the villa. We enjoyed all these very much. The housekeeping lady, Nong, took care of everything during our stay, including pre shopping, making breakfast, cleaning, bedding change, making dinner....... we had two dinner prepared by her and they were super delicious. With Nong, you won't have any problem as she could help sort out everything. Can't praise her enough with my words. She really did an excellent job and made our trip a memorable time in our life!
