the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We had a comfortable stay in a walkable and easy to find neighborhood. The flat was pristine and welcoming. Very useful to have parking space for a car to travel around the area!

we had a great time at Lucas and Benji's place. Apartment in a very good location, everything is on foot. Free parking 7-8 minutes away. Ideal for a couple with self check-in and checkout so without constraints.

We couldn't have asked for better for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is in walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend 200%.

Very quiet place and very good place for spa guests...it is missing some kitchen utensils ( small knife, salad dryer, oyster knife...) to make it perfect! We'll be happy to go back!

There were 7 of us, as a family (2 adults, 5 children including adults), for this stay at Alexandre's. Great welcome (with small papillotes and Christmas tree), sober and pretty decor, comfortable and well chosen furniture, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and spacious bedding, well-lit, plenty of storage. Impeccable bath and bed linens. Delighted by this choice of accommodation that is both spacious and friendly, well located and convenient. We would have liked to have stayed longer and recommend this choice. In the middle of winter we did not enjoy the outdoors which looks super nice too! Thank you so much! I add that the price of the stay is extremely competitive for the services offered.

Excellent stay: bike rides in the marshes, oyster tasting on the island of Oleron, discovery of Royan, stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very well placed to discover the surrounding area. We had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well arranged and very well located 2 steps from the ocean. It's really well equipped. And the heated pool in winter is a big plus! I recommend it!!

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Maryse welcomed us in person, waited for us to stow our bikes in the secure area, was flexible with check in and check out times, and gave us plenty of useful tips and local recommendations.
