Thank you so much for a great stay. The accommodation is very pleasant, warm in winter, close to the sea, many restaurants. And it's very quiet in the low season.

Very nice house on the Ile d 'Oleron in a quiet and peaceful area. Located not far from shops and the beach (Matha beach) approx. 10min by car. Impeccable accommodation as described, very clean with secure garden and terrace access. Ideal with an animal. We were able to visit the island as well as the gastronomy of the moment especially with the oysters... Very good stay. I recommend 200%.

Great location. The accommodation was small but perfectly formed.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

A small house with a garden perfect for a weekend in Soulac, we loved doing everything on foot. simple and functional. the bathroom in the bedroom is perfect if you come to two families.

It was really great the towels and bed linen smelled good laundry, everything was very clean the beds were very comfortable, very well arranged, close to everything really I loved and would go back!

Beautiful apartment, quiet, well equipped. Shops nearby. A 10-minute walk from the sea and 20 minutes from the city center.

Marie was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. Great local recomendations and her English is perfect! We appreicated the gifts of wine, juice and charcoal for the BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and beds cofortable. The bath has a shower attachment but not a wall mounted shower unfortunately. We liked that the sleeping area was away from the living area and there was parking right in front of the house. The local beach is clean with toilets. We walked or took scooters with the children. If you have a lot of things to take, you can park for free on the sea front. Marie's recomendation of the bakery near the church in St George de Didonne was excellent.

Very good stay in this charming studio. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are spices, oils, herbal teas etc. The place is very quiet, with a large terrace area.

2 days2 nights with my 13 year old son. Very clean studio,quiet, 1 parking space in front of the entrance, very convenient for transporting business,very simple and functional(complete basic equipment to spend a few days), very comfortable bedding,everything works,small pleasant private outdoor terrace, close pool/spa, st martin and La fleet . Intermarché à 100m.Arrivée et départ autonome et simple.Marion responds very quickly to messages. No worries. We will come back occasionally with confidence. Thank you Marion for this place.

Stéphane is a very welcoming and friendly host. The accommodation is very well located, in an urban but quiet environment, to discover the region, easy access to it, to get to La Rochelle, on the coast... The impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation is to be highlighted. We will not hesitate to return if the accommodation is available during a future visit to La Rochelle.

Exceptional view! Everything you need for a good weekend getaway. The bunk beds are a little small for tall adults, but that's still enough. Apartment ideal for a couple (with children).

The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.
